KVKK Disclosure Notice

Pursuant to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

1. Data Controller

Agent Fabrica Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("AgentFabrica" or "Company"), as data controller, processes your personal data within the scope of KVKK No. 6698 in accordance with the purposes outlined below, in a limited and law-compliant manner.

  • Marketing communication (only with explicit consent)

  • KVKK 5/2-c: Necessary for contract performance

5. Data Transfer

Your data is shared with our service providers (Contabo for server and database hosting in France, Cloudflare for file storage, Resend for email, Meta/Google for advertising, and a payment institution once payments open) under contract and within Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. International transfers occur only to countries with adequate protection or based on your explicit consent.

6. Retention Period

  • Duration of active account + period required by KVKK
  • Billing records: 10 years (Tax Procedure Law)
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the following rights:

  • Right to know whether your data is processed
  • Right to request information about processing
  • Right to learn the purpose of processing
  • Right to know third parties data is transferred to

  • Right to request deletion
  • Right to request notification of third parties
  • Right to object to automated decisions
  • Right to claim damages from unlawful processing

8. How to Apply

To exercise your rights, write to kvkk@agentfabrica.com. Your request will be answered within 30 days. For the detailed application form, refer to VERBIS guidelines.

9. Preventing Free Trial Abuse

  • Data processed: e-mail address (lower-cased; for Gmail, dots and + tags removed), phone number, the brand's web domain (root domain), IDs of business accounts you connect (Facebook page, Instagram account, ad account, Google Ads customer ID, TikTok, WhatsApp number, store domain, seller ID), card fingerprint for trials started with a card, IP address prefix (first three blocks for IPv4, first four groups for IPv6), a device ID cookie and a browser digest (browser family, time zone, language, screen size).
  • How it is stored: none of these values are stored as is; only irreversible SHA-256 digests are kept.
  • Purpose: making sure the free trial is used once per person and business, and preventing fraud and abuse.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
  • Retention: 24 months. The digests are kept for that period even if you delete your account; after that they are not used for matching.
  • When a request looks risky the trial opens only after phone verification; the verification code is not stored as is either.

10. Cookie Policy

Our site uses essential, functional, analytical, and marketing cookies. You can set your preferences on first visit. Details: Privacy Policy.

Device ID cookie (af_cihaz): when you start a free trial, a random first-party ID that only the server can read (httpOnly) is set. It is used to prevent trial abuse (legitimate interest). Only a digest of the ID is kept in the trial record for 24 months; the cookie lasts 24 months.
