You can start as soon as you sign up: sign in with email or your Google account, add your brand and start the first generation your plan allows. Generation time depends on the content type and the current queue; we do not promise a measured duration.

Can I try a demo before signing up?

Yes — there are 3 demo personas (Starter/Pro/Enterprise) on the login page. No signup required; you see the real production interface. Signup is required only to actually generate content.

What is the free account and how long does it last?

The full panel is free with no time limit: brand, accounts, reports. Allowance: 10 captions a month, 2 images a month, 1 videos a month, 1 brand, 1 user. Images, video, the calendar and ad modules open on paid plans. You move to a paid plan from the pricing page or the panel.

How do the free trial and 35% off the first 3 months work?

On self-serve plans try it free for 10 days, then get 35% off the first 3 months. The trial opens a third of the plan's monthly quota and an e-mail arrives 2 days before it ends. The discount applies automatically on monthly billing, no promo code needed; the list price applies from payment 4. Reporting plans have the 10 day trial and 25% off the first 3 months. Enterprise plans get a free setup call instead of a trial, plus 35% off the first 3 months. Yearly billing gets 20% off instead of the launch discount.

Will my price change later?

The period you paid for is paid in advance, so its price does not change during that period. We do not promise a permanent price lock; current prices are on the pricing page. You can upgrade later if you wish.

Can I subscribe as an individual, and how is the invoice issued?

Both individual and business subscriptions are supported. Invoices are not issued automatically: once your payment is confirmed, our team prepares your e-archive invoice on the Turkish Revenue Administration's e-archive portal. For a company invoice, send your company name and tax details to support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

/app/account → Turn off renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the free tier; your data is kept. When online payment is open, card payments go through the payment provider shown in the checkout window. When it is not, the checkout window shows a request form: you leave your request and our team contacts you about payment. PayPal is not supported.

Can I use it with my team?

Accepted Answer

Users per plan: Starter 1 user, Pro 1 user, Pro 5 Brands 2 users, Enterprise 3 users. Team members get the admin, editor, sales or viewer role. The approval flow is available on Pro 5 Brands and Enterprise: one team member prepares content and another approves it.

Are generated images/videos cleared for commercial use?

Yes. All generated content is licensed for commercial use. Unlimited rights for social media, advertising, websites, and print.

Does it connect to my Shopify store?

Yes, one-click. /app/integrations → Shopify → store name → Connect. Products/orders/customers sync. Push generated content to Shopify with a single click.

Is there a Trendyol/Hepsiburada integration?

Yes. Turkish marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Pazarama) are supported via API key + secret. Grab them from your seller panel, paste once — product/order listing + content push start working.

How does the Meta + Google Ads automation work?

Connect your ad account via OAuth. The cross-channel budget shifter rebalances spend between Meta and Google every day based on ROAS, pauses underperforming creatives, and tests new ones.

Are you GDPR and KVKK compliant?

Our privacy notice is published; the VERBIS registration is pending. Servers and the database are in France (EU); the list of data transferred abroad is in the privacy notice. Your data is never sold to third parties and is deleted when you delete your account.

How long is my data stored?

As long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently erased within 30 days (excluding invoice/subscription records required by law).

Authorised team members can see your account and brand details in the admin panel to run the service and provide support. The purposes for which data is processed are listed in our privacy notice.

White label is available on Pro 5 Brands and Enterprise: reports sent to your clients (export, share link, e-mail) carry your own logo, colour and product name, and client e-mails can go out through your own mail server. Whether other plans include it is shown on the pricing page.

What are the affiliate program commission rates?

On monthly billing, first 3 months: Bronze 10% · Silver 12% · Gold 15% · Platin 18%. After that, for as long as the customer pays: Bronze 5% · Silver 7% · Gold 10% · Platin 13%. Yearly billing uses the later rate from the start. Your tier is recalculated on the first day of each month from your conversions in the last 30 days (minimum: Silver 10, Gold 30, Platin 70).

Is my data backed up?

Yes. The database is backed up automatically every hour, and every night an encrypted backup is also copied to separate storage. Daily backups are kept for seven days. We do not promise a recovery time.

Can I download all my data?

Yes: in the panel, Settings → Download my data. Your data downloads right away as a JSON or CSV file. This is your data-portability right.

Yes. In Settings → Security you can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app and add a passkey. Passwordless sign-in with a one-time link sent to your e-mail is also available. Enterprise single sign-on (SSO) is not offered at the moment.

How many clients can I manage on the white-label agency plan?

Each client is set up as a separate brand, so the limit is your plan's brand count: Starter 1 brand, Pro 1 brand, Pro 5 Brands 5 brands, Enterprise 10 brands. You can give each client a separate client-panel link where they see reports and posts awaiting approval and leave revision notes.

When are affiliate commissions paid?

Payouts are made on request: once your balance reaches at least ₺750, you create a payout request from your partner panel and our team approves it and transfers it to your IBAN. Smaller balances keep accumulating. For individual partners, 20% withholding tax is deducted.

Is there downtime? What's the SLA?

Unplanned downtime can happen. The availability target is written in our terms; we do not offer refunds or free months for downtime. The current state of each component is measured on the status page.

What are the API rate limits?

API calls are limited by an hourly quota per account. When the limit is exceeded the response is 429; the current limit is in the `X-RateLimit-Limit` header and the remaining calls in `X-RateLimit-Remaining`. Write to us if you need a higher quota.

What happens if a webhook fails?

AgentFabrica does not send outgoing webhooks to your systems at the moment, so there is no retry queue either. You can pull your data through the API.

It depends on the number of products and formats you pick. We do not promise a measured duration. Out-of-stock products are skipped during production. Live ads are not paused automatically when stock runs out.

From a flat product photo, it produces 6 variants by body type / age / ethnicity using diffusion + control models. No photoshoot, no agency — on-model imagery in minutes for fashion brands. How do I trust suppliers in the Supplier Network?

The Supplier Network has no registered suppliers yet; we do not show sample or rated profiles. For a product, /app/product-pipeline (Product Pipeline) shows the number of candidate suppliers and the cost range. Whichever supplier you work with, you build the trust yourself: ask for a sample before ordering, get delivery and return terms in writing and start with a small trial order.

Pick a niche → top-scoring products from Hand-Picked Winners + Niche Spy data are selected for that niche. They're added to your connected Shopify store as drafts (you approve and activate). Tag: `agentfabrica-auto-store`. Phase 2 will auto-push the brand kit (logo, colors, fonts) into Shopify shop settings.

When an order comes in, is it auto-routed to the supplier?

Yes — Shopify `orders/create` webhook → `splitOrderBySupplier()` → it determines which supplier ships each product → places the order via the dropshipping API → writes the tracking number back to Shopify fulfillment when received. Track each job's supplier mapping on /app/orders. Approval-first protocol: high-value orders require Telegram approval.
