Facebook Ads Management with the fee, the scope and the limits written down
Facebook ads management is usually sold by a Facebook ads agency as a retainer, a share of ad spend or an hourly rate, and the number often appears only after a call. Our fee sits in the table on this page. We run Meta ads management across Facebook and Instagram: campaigns built with a written split of objective, audience and budget, steady audience and creative testing, fatigue tracking and server-side conversion tracking. Your ad account and pixel stay in your Business Manager. AI agents in the panel draft the ad sets and the copy, and a specialist checks each one before it goes live.
- AI agents prepare, a specialist approves
- Price published on the page
- Accounts stay in your name
You set the thresholds, the system checks and acts.
What Meta Ads Management delivers every month
- Campaign and ad set structure: objective, audience and budget split documented
- Audience build: lookalikes, retargeting and exclusion lists
- Creative testing: the same offer compared across different executions
- Fatigue tracking: our team replaces ads with rising frequency and falling clicks on each review round
- Rule-based automation: rules are checked every 30 minutes; a campaign past a threshold is paused or its budget changed
- Monthly report: connected ad, social and website data in one report, compared with the previous month, kept in an archive and emailed on the 1st.
What our Facebook ads management includes
The build starts from the objective. Sales, messages and lead forms do not share a campaign, and every ad set has its audience and budget written down, so you can tell which set earns and which one only spends.
| Task | What is done | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign structure | Objective, audience and budget split documented | Included |
| Audiences | Lookalikes, retargeting and exclusion lists | Included |
| Creative testing | One offer compared across executions; our team moves budget to the winner | Included |
| Fatigue tracking | Ads with rising frequency and falling response get replaced | Included |
| Rule-based automation | Rules are checked every 30 minutes; a campaign past a threshold is paused, its budget raised or lowered, or a panel notification is left | Included |
| Conversion tracking | Server-side events next to the pixel, with a measured duplicate rate | Included |
| Image and video production | Separate service: content production | Out of scope |
| Ad spend | Paid to Meta from your own account | Not in the fee |
- In the ready-made audience templates, reach comes from Meta's own estimate and is shown as a range, never as one invented figure.
- Ad diagnostics show which step of the purchase path broke.
- With ad intelligence we research the archive of live ads for angles and formats that fit your product.
Retainer, percentage of spend or hourly: how fees usually work
Most agencies price Facebook ads management in one of three ways, and each has a catch worth knowing before you sign.
| Model | Upside | Catch |
|---|---|---|
| Flat monthly retainer | Predictable | May not move when your spend triples |
| Percentage of ad spend | Scales automatically | The fee can grow faster than the work behind it |
| Hourly billing | Fair for audits and short projects | Hard to budget for ongoing management |
Our fee is tied to the spend tier you fall into, and the share it represents falls as spend grows. Within a tier the fee stays fixed, so a good month does not raise your bill.
Our Facebook ads management process in five steps
- 1Measure
Pixel and server events are checked; a high duplicate rate gets fixed first.
- 2Structure
Campaigns and ad sets are built with objective, audience and budget written down.
- 3Test
One offer is compared across executions and placements.
- 4Review
Fatigue, cost and funnel breaks are read at your tier's cadence; the rules you set are checked every 30 minutes.
- 5Report
The monthly report covers spend, conversions, cost and next month's plan.
Review cadence follows your tier: weekly at Starter, every two days at Growth, daily at Scale.
Ad automation fills the gaps between reviews. Rules are checked every 30 minutes: it can pause a campaign that crosses a cost threshold, raise budget on a winner or leave you a panel notification.
The monthly report: what it covers and when it arrives
The monthly report is emailed on the 1st of every month and collects in the panel's report archive. Every number sits next to the previous month, and you can open a past month from the archive without asking for it again.
| Source | Metrics in the report | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Ads | Spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, cost per conversion, campaign breakdown | The ad account must be selected in the panel |
| Google Analytics 4 | Sessions, users, page views, conversions (key events) | The site's Analytics property must be connected |
| Search Console | Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position | The site must be connected to Search Console |
Conversion tracking you can check: pixel, Conversions API and duplicates
Browser restrictions and cookie limits mean the pixel misses some purchases, so we also send conversion events server side through Meta's Conversions API.
| Measure | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Match score | Calculated from the matching parameters we send; not Meta's own score |
| Delivery success | Whether a server event actually reached Meta |
| Duplicate rate | Share of the same event type from the same person within 60 seconds |
| Cookieless events passed on | Events that arrived without a cookie and were still sent using a click ID |
If the pixel and the server both report the same purchase, Meta sees two conversions and bidding drifts toward a result that never happened. Meta counts the pair once when both carry the same event ID and event name (handling duplicate events).
Every server event we send carries an event ID. When the duplicate rate is high, measurement gets fixed before any campaign change. We showed what this looks like in your conversion count may be tripled.
How Facebook ad costs are set in the auction
Who sees an ad on Facebook and Instagram is decided by an auction. According to Meta, the ad with the highest total value wins (about ad auctions). Total value combines three things:
- Bid: what the advertiser is willing to pay for the result they want.
- Estimated action rate: how likely showing the ad to that person is to produce the result.
- Ad quality: feedback from people who see or hide the ad, plus low-quality signals such as withheld information or sensational language.
That is why cost per click or per thousand impressions moves with the audience, the season, the competition and the ad itself. Nobody can fix that price in advance, so be wary of a proposal that promises one.
Click-to-WhatsApp and the learning phase: two common traps
Click-to-WhatsApp ads usually report conversations started, which is not the same as a customer who actually wrote or booked. We ask separately how many conversations turned into a sale or a booking.
If you want help following up those messages, our WhatsApp service can be added. Why clicks flatter an ad is covered in Meta's click metric flatters your ads.
The second trap is editing too often. A new or heavily edited ad set enters the learning phase, and frequent budget or targeting edits keep resetting it.
Our diagnostics leave learning-phase ads out of the health and bottleneck score, and compare against your own account's median, not an invented industry average.
Facebook ads management pricing by tier
Two amounts get mixed up when people ask what Facebook ads cost: the ad spend paid to Meta and the management fee. You set the spend; the fee follows the tier your spend falls into.
Prices are computed by the pricing engine and match the scope builder. Billed in US dollars, without Turkish VAT. The first 3 months include a 35% launch discount. Ad spend is not included; it is paid to the ad platform directly from your own account. If your business model needs extra setup, the fee rises by at most 25%; the scope builder gives the exact figure. The Custom tier (Over $30,000 /mo) is planned on request.
- Included: campaign structure, audiences, creative testing, fatigue tracking, rule-based automation, conversion tracking, monthly report.
- Not included: ad spend paid to Meta, image and video production.
- The fee's share of spend falls as spend grows; within a tier the fee stays fixed.
AgentFabrica, an agency or a freelancer
All three can work; which one fits depends on your budget, your team and who will produce the creative.
| AgentFabrica | Typical agency | Freelancer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Tier table on the page, exact figure in the scope builder | Retainer or share of spend, often after a call | Hourly or monthly, varies by person |
| Business Manager | Yours; the panel only connects to it | Check the contract | Usually yours |
| Creative production | Separate service; testing is included here | Often in house | Usually outsourced |
| Conversion tracking | Server-side events with a measured duplicate rate | Varies by agency | Depends on the person |
| Review cadence | Written per tier: weekly, every two days, daily | Depends on team load | Depends on one calendar |
| Strength | AI drafts the ad sets, a specialist approves | In-house shoots and a creative team | Speed and direct contact |
| Reporting | Monthly report in the panel | Usually a monthly deck | Varies |
If you want in-house shoots and design every month, an agency with a creative team may suit you better. For a short audit of one campaign, a good freelancer can do the job. To grow search demand as well, combine it with Google Ads management.
When hiring a Facebook ads manager is not worth it yet
A management fee does not pay for itself in every situation. In these cases another step should come first:
- If your monthly spend is small, the fee takes a share no optimization will earn back; one campaign you run yourself, or a short audit, is often the sensible start.
- If you cannot yet measure the outcome you care about, any manager ends up optimizing toward clicks. Track a purchase, form or booking first.
- If there are no images or videos to run, there is nothing to test; plan production first.
Questions about Meta Ads Management
How much does it cost to hire a Facebook ads manager?
Our fee depends on your monthly ad spend tier and is listed in the table on this page. Prices are in US dollars, billed without Turkish VAT, and do not include ad spend, which you pay to Meta directly.
Is ad spend included in the management fee?
No. Ad spend is billed by Meta to the payment method on your own ad account. The management fee is billed separately by us.
Do you create the ads?
This service covers testing, fatigue tracking and replacement, not production. Images and video come from our Content Production service or from your own team. Buying more than one service applies a bundle discount.
Can you work in my existing ad account?
Yes. You connect your Meta ad account and pixel to the panel; no new account is created and your history, audiences and pixel data stay where they are.
Do you guarantee a return on ad spend?
No. Results also depend on the product, the offer, the price and the competition. What we commit to is the work: verified measurement, reviews at your tier's cadence, creative testing and a monthly report.
Can I buy Facebook ads management on its own?
Yes. Every service can be bought alone. Adding Google Ads or Content Production later applies a bundle discount.
How long does the Facebook ads learning phase last?
Meta says an ad set generally exits the learning phase after about 50 results in a week following its last significant edit. Frequent budget and targeting edits during that time restart it.
Do I need the Conversions API?
It is not mandatory, but browser restrictions mean the pixel misses some purchases, and server-side events reduce that loss. If you run both, send the same event ID so a purchase is not counted twice.
How are Facebook ad costs determined?
By an auction. Meta picks the ad with the highest total value, which combines the bid, the estimated action rate and ad quality. That is why nobody can promise a fixed cost per click in advance.

- Prices are monthly, in US dollars, billed to your card in USD without Turkish VAT. Dollar prices are converted from our Turkish lira prices at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye selling rate (1 USD = 49.86 TRY, 02.11.2026). The first 3 months column includes the 35% launch discount.
- Ad spend is not included; you pay the ad platform directly from your own account.
- The table assumes a form-lead business model. Models that need extra tracking setup, such as calls, WhatsApp or e-commerce sales, add up to 25%.
