Agent Fabrica
AI-assisted B2B and export development

B2B lead generation for manufacturers selling into new countries

Most B2B lead generation offers are built for one domestic market and priced per appointment. Selling into a new country adds problems a call script cannot solve: which market to pick, which local rules apply to outreach, and whether your materials read naturally in the buyer's language. This service narrows the market first, then builds and enriches a buyer list and tracks every conversation. AI builds the market shortlist and the buyer list, and a person writes the first message.

  • AI agents prepare, a specialist approves
  • Price published on the page
  • Accounts stay in your name
Deliverables

What B2B & Export Development delivers every month

  • Target markets narrowed by our team, with a written note on where to sell and why
  • Buyer list: country, sector and contact channels taken from each company's site; an email not published there is not treated as verified
  • Trade-fair list: fairs matching your sector and country, with typical timing and official site
  • Export readiness score: missing documents and materials across 13 items
  • Product and quote material prepared in the target market's language
  • Monthly report: connected ad, social and website data in one report, compared with the previous month, kept in an archive and emailed on the 1st.

Why export lead generation is a different job

Most B2B lead generation offers are built for one domestic market and priced per appointment. Selling into a new country adds problems a call script cannot solve: which market to pick, which local rules apply and whether your materials read naturally in the buyer's language.

An export buyer will ask about minimum order quantity, capacity, certifications and delivery terms in the first reply. If those answers are not ready, the lead is lost no matter how good the outreach was.

How export lead generation runs
  1. 1
    Readiness

The readiness score lists missing documents and materials.

  2. 2
    Market

Which country to sell into, and why, is written down.

  3. 3
    Buyer list

Companies in the target market are compiled and enriched from their own websites.

  4. 4
    Materials and outreach

Product and quote materials in the buyer's language, then compliant first contact.

  5. 5
    Follow-up

Quotes returned and conversations moving forward are recorded.

What the service covers

The job is to finish the preparation buyers expect, find the right companies and keep the quote process on record. Logistics, customs and grant applications are separate work.

What the export readiness score checks

The score runs from 0 to 100 and comes from a weighted checklist. Item points add up to 105, and the points you have completed are divided by that total.

Items in the readiness score
ItemPointsWhy buyers ask
HS code defined15Duties and paperwork follow from it
At least 5 target countries15Less dependence on one market
At least 1 certification10Compliance is among the first questions
At least 3 certifications10Some buyers need several

Points are taken from the readiness calculation in the panel.

The HS code is a global six-digit product classification, and countries add digits for their own tariffs (trade.gov: HS codes). Without it, a buyer cannot work out duties.

How the buyer list is built and enriched

Where a lead comes from matters. Each channel below reaches a different kind of buyer, and a list built from one channel inherits its blind spots.

  • Exhibitor and visitor lists from sector fairs in the target market
  • Turkey's Ministry of Trade offices and attachés abroad
  • Trade and buyer missions organized by exporter associations
  • B2B marketplaces and sector directories
  • LinkedIn searches for companies and purchasing managers
  • The websites of distributor and dealer networks in the target market

Each company starts from its domain. Company enrichment reads the homepage: title, description, headings, any email addresses on the page and social profile links.

From these, the company name, country, sector, a two-sentence description, headquarters city and size are drawn out. Size is an estimate and is labeled as one.

Outreach rules, personal data and purchased lists

Rules for commercial email depend on the recipient's country. In the EU, the GDPR governs personal data and electronic marketing rules vary between member states. In Turkey, messages to merchants do not need prior consent, but once a recipient objects, sending must stop.

  • Before you use a list bought from someone else, the European Commission expects the seller to show the data was collected lawfully.
  • People must be told, at the latest in the first message, that their data was collected and will be used for marketing.
  • Anyone who objects to direct marketing is never contacted again.
  • We recommend confirming each target country's rules with your legal adviser before the first send.

Data flowing the other way has its own rules. Sending personal data of people in Turkey to a distributor or software abroad falls under Article 9 of Turkey's data protection law, which has used a tiered regime since 01.06.2024: adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts, then narrow exceptions.

Trade fairs, localization and quotes

The trade fair calendar comes from a hand-compiled source rather than AI generation, because an invented fair or date sends you to the wrong city. You confirm exact dates on the fair's official site.

  • City, country and the usual period the fair repeats each year
  • Whether it runs every year or every two years
  • Sectors covered and a rough visitor band
  • Official website and a rule-based fit score for your sector and target market

Materials are adapted to the market, not only translated. The multilingual translator asks for the market as well as the language, such as UK or US English, or Gulf Arabic. Locked terms, such as brand, product names and technical terms, stay exactly as they are in every language.

Quotes go out from the panel as a link, in lira, US dollars or euros, and the screen shows whether each one was viewed, accepted, declined or expired.

What a qualified export lead looks like

Lead generation guides split leads into marketing-qualified leads, who have shown interest, and sales-qualified leads, who are ready for a commercial conversation. In export work the line is practical: a company becomes sales-qualified when it asks about price, minimum order, lead time or samples.

  1. 1Companies that fit: sector, market and product match confirmed
  2. 2Companies contacted: first message sent
  3. 3Replies: any answer, including a referral to the right person
  4. 4Commercial questions: price, minimum order, lead time or samples asked
  5. 5Quotes sent and conversations moving toward an order

Counting only messages sent measures effort; the later stages measure results. Every business has its own funnel, as we explain in one funnel does not fit every business. For quote-based sales, our lead management service can carry the follow-up.

How B2B lead generation is priced

The pricing driver is the number of target countries, because each market means its own regulations, language and buyer list. Steps are 1 country, 3 (a region), 8 (a continent) and 20 (global), with a Custom tier above that.

Monthly fee by tier (target country count)
Starter$50 / mo
Up to 1 countries
Growth$94 / mo
1 - 3 countries
Scale$170 / mo
3 - 8 countries
Enterprise$291 / mo
8 - 20 countries

Prices are computed by the pricing engine and match the scope builder. Billed in US dollars, without Turkish VAT. The first 3 months include a 35% launch discount. The Custom tier (Over 20 countries) is planned on request.

  • Included: readiness score, written market note, buyer list and enrichment, fair calendar, materials in the target language, monthly report.
  • Not included: grant applications, customs and logistics, legal drafting of contracts, fair participation costs.

AgentFabrica, a lead generation agency or a freelancer

All three can work; which fits depends on how many markets you target, how much on-the-ground relationship work you need and whether you want help with grants.

If you need a large calling team booking meetings in one domestic market, an appointment-setting agency fits better. If one market and personal introductions matter most, a freelancer with contacts there can be faster to a first order.

  • If you sell directly to consumers online, this service is not a fit, and the scope builder will not suggest it.
  • If you are looking for suppliers rather than buyers, the supplier network page covers what to look for when choosing one.
  • To see what competitors do in your target market, our competitive analysis service complements this one.

Questions about B2B & Export Development

How much does B2B lead generation cost?

Our fee depends on how many target countries you sell into and is listed in the table on this page. Prices are in US dollars, billed without Turkish VAT. We do not charge per appointment.

How do you measure lead quality?

By fit, not volume: each company is filtered for sector and market match before outreach, and success is measured by quotes returned and conversations moving forward, not by emails sent.

Is cold email legal for international B2B?

It depends on the recipient's country. Rules in the EU differ between member states, so confirm them with your legal adviser. People must be told how their data was obtained at the latest in the first message, and objections must be honored.

Where do the contact details come from?

From each company's own website. If no address appears, the system suggests a pattern such as info@ or sales@ from the domain; that suggestion is a guess, not a verified address, and should be confirmed before use.

Do you buy contact lists?

No. Lists are compiled from fairs, trade offices and sector directories, enriched from company websites and filtered for fit.

What is the difference between an MQL and an SQL in export sales?

A marketing-qualified lead fits your product and market on paper or has shown interest. A sales-qualified lead has asked a commercial question, such as price, minimum order, lead time or samples, and is ready for a quote.

Do you guarantee meetings or orders?

No. Response depends on the product, price and market. We commit to readiness work, a qualified buyer list, compliant outreach and a recorded process.

Can I buy this service on its own?

Yes. Every service can be bought alone, and adding lead tracking or competitive intelligence applies a bundle discount.
