Guides to AI in marketing and ecommerce
These guides break down the thinking behind the work we sell. You will see where AI saves you time in each channel, which decisions belong in your hands, and how to judge the outcome. Every page draws on official documentation and on how our panel behaves in real use.
Guides
Each guide answers an information question for you. The guide also links to a service page. That page covers the commercial side of the topic. If you want to go straight to the service, use the last column.
| Guide | What it covers | Related service |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing | What AI does in each channel, what stays human, and a pre-publish checklist. | Social media management |
| Ecommerce | Product content, images, catalog ads and customer questions: data needs and checks. | Ecommerce management |
| Customer service | Which questions AI answers, hand-off rules, knowledge base and measurement. | WhatsApp chatbot service |
How these guides are made
Before each guide, we do our reading. We read at least two of the pages ranking for the topic and find the questions they skip. Then we check every technical point against official documentation, and we check every product statement against the panel's own code. That's the work behind what you read here.
- 1Demand
We measure whether people search for the topic.
- 2Competitors
At least two pages are read; missing questions are listed.
- 3Sources
Technical points are checked against official documents.
- 4Product
Panel behavior is verified in the code.
- 5Gate
Tables, visuals, sources and FAQ are checked.

Frequently asked questions
Who are these guides for?
These guides are written for business owners and teams who are considering AI use. You can read about AI in marketing, AI in ecommerce, and AI in customer service.
Where does the information come from?
The technical points come from Google, Meta, and WhatsApp. We also use technical points from official bodies. Product statements are verified against our panel's code.
What happened to the old accounting and HR guides?
They were removed because they had no relation to our work. A few of them covered a topic overlapping one of our services, and those now redirect to that service's page.
Can I hand the work to you after reading a guide?
Yes, each guide links to a related service page. The scope is written on the service page, and the monthly fee is written there too.
How often are the guides updated?
The guide is updated whenever the source documentation changes and whenever the panel's behavior changes. Product statements are tied to the code. You will see any changes reflected in the text.
Is there a tool I can use for free?
Yes, you can open a free account and use the panel. You do not need an account for some tools. The marketplace profitability calculator works without one.
