Reporting

Every channel in one marketing report

Instead of screenshotting five dashboards into a deck every month, one marketing report: ad spend, search visibility, social and website traffic on the same page, compared with the previous period. It lives in the panel and reaches your client through a no-login link or by email.

The report's structure: source and metric names match the report. Values come from the accounts you connect.

Sources that land in one report

Instead of screenshotting five dashboards into a deck every month, connect your accounts once. The report rebuilds in the same structure every period.

A source that cannot be measured is never shown as zero

If a source is not connected, or could not be read for the period, the report does not skip it and does not show zero. It has a separate “Sources not measured” section that states the status of each one.

Zero and not measured are different things. Zero ad spend means the campaign stopped; not measured may mean an account was not chosen or a permission is missing. Showing both on the same line leads to the wrong decision.

How the report reaches your client

From connection to delivery
  1. 1
    Connect

Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and Instagram are connected once.

  2. 2
    Measure

The report rebuilds every week and month; a source that cannot be measured is listed with the reason.

  3. 3
    Archive

Past weekly and monthly reports collect in the panel.

  4. 4
    Send

Email goes out on Mondays and on the 1st; your client opens a link valid for 30 days.

  • The no-login link is valid for 30 days and can be revoked at any time.
  • Add your client or team as extra email recipients.
  • Save the print-ready version as a PDF from your browser; numbers export as CSV.

White label for agencies

On the agency plan, reports carry your own logo, colours and product name, so the report your client receives looks like part of your own service.

  • 25 brands sit in one panel.
  • A summary table covers every brand, so the one falling behind stands out.
  • The plan includes 5 users.

What the reporting plans do not do

Reporting plans measure and report. If you want the work itself done too, our services are sold separately, and every service includes a monthly report.

Who it suits, and who it does not

  • Agencies and freelancers who screenshot several dashboards into a deck every month.
  • Business owners who want ad, website and social numbers in one place.
  • If you want to build the report yourself and design every chart, a free tool may be the better choice; see the comparison below.

Watch for two traps when you read the numbers. The click metric can flatter an ad (why the Meta click metric flatters your ads), and the same conversion can be counted more than once (your conversion count may be tripled).

Instead of manual reports or Looker Studio

Looker Studio is free and flexible, and you build the report yourself. Here the report comes ready-made and rebuilds itself. We compare the two honestly on our Looker Studio alternative page.

Coming from a paid reporting tool? We compared it with AgencyAnalytics, Whatagraph, DashThis and Databox. If you are building a client report from scratch, start from the SEO report template, the PPC report template, the social media report template or the white label SEO report outline.

Frequently asked questions

Which sources go into the report?

Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram account analytics and the follower count of your Facebook Page.

Does the reporting plan run my ads too?

No. It measures and reports; ad management and content production are separate services.

How does my client see the report?

Through a no-login link that is valid for 30 days and can be revoked at any time, or by email. You can also save the print-ready version as a PDF from your browser.

How many brands can I report on?

1 on the single-brand plan, 25 on the agency plan.

Is VAT included?

No, prices exclude VAT. Yearly billing is 20% off.

How often does the report arrive?

The weekly report arrives by email every Monday and the monthly one on the 1st; both collect in the panel archive.

How does a source that is not connected show up?

It is never shown as zero. It appears in the report's “Sources not measured” section with the reason, for example no property chosen or permission missing.

Why not just use Looker Studio?

Looker Studio is free and flexible, and you build the report yourself. Here the report comes ready-made and rebuilds itself every month. Our comparison page puts the two side by side.

Can I send the report under my own brand?

On the agency plan, reports carry your own logo, colours and product name. The single-brand plan has no white label.

Why do Search Console and Analytics show different numbers?

They count different things. Search Console counts the clicks your site gets from Google Search; Analytics counts sessions on your site from every source. The two numbers are not expected to match.
