How quickly can I start producing content after signing up?
You can start as soon as you sign up: sign in with email or your Google account, add your brand and start the first generation your plan allows. Generation time depends on the content type and the current queue; we do not promise a measured duration.
Can I try a demo before signing up?
Yes — there are 3 demo personas (Starter/Pro/Enterprise) on the login page. No signup required; you see the real production interface. Signup is required only to actually generate content.
What is the free account and how long does it last?
The full panel is free with no time limit: brand, accounts, reports. Allowance: 10 captions a month, 2 images a month, 1 videos a month, 1 brand, 1 user. Images, video, the calendar and ad modules open on paid plans. You move to a paid plan from the pricing page or the panel.
Do I pay anything for the free account?
No. The free account never expires and is never charged. You pay only when you choose a paid plan.
How much content can I generate on the free account?
The free account includes 10 captions a month, 2 images a month, 1 videos a month, 1 brand, 1 user. Image, story and video generation open on paid plans; each plan's limits are on the pricing page.
Where do I get my brand information from?
The system scrapes automatically — drop in your website URL and the logo, colors, tone, and industry are auto-pulled. You can edit manually. No website? An Instagram handle is enough.
How is Hand-Picked Winners refreshed?
A daily cron runs at 06:00 scanning products with Strategy Gate score >75 + last-7-day ad lift >50% + margin >25%. The 6 curated picks stay fixed for the day and refresh the next morning. On /app/hand-picked, add any pick to Shopify in one click (as a draft).
How do I come up with a store name?
/tools/name-generator: enter your niche, tone and keywords; the tool returns name ideas, each with a short rationale and a suggested .com domain. Domain availability is not checked. It is free, with an hourly usage limit per connection.
