• How do the free trial and 35% off the first 3 months work?

  On self-serve plans try it free for 10 days, then get 35% off the first 3 months. The trial opens a third of the plan's monthly quota and an e-mail arrives 2 days before it ends. The discount applies automatically on monthly billing, no promo code needed; the list price applies from payment 4. Reporting plans have the 10 day trial and 25% off the first 3 months. Enterprise plans get a free setup call instead of a trial, plus 35% off the first 3 months. Yearly billing gets 20% off instead of the launch discount.

• Will my price change later?

  The period you paid for is paid in advance, so its price does not change during that period. We do not promise a permanent price lock; current prices are on the pricing page. You can upgrade later if you wish.

• What is the refund policy?

  For withdrawal and cancellation terms, see the Distance Sales Agreement. Purchases made through our international payment provider are covered by the Refund Policy.

• Is there an extra discount for annual billing?

  Yes: annual billing is 20% off. The 35% launch discount for the first 3 months applies to monthly billing only; the two do not stack.

• Can I switch plans?

  Yes, anytime. Upgrades activate instantly with a pro-rated charge for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period; the current period isn't refunded.

• What is the Enterprise plan price?

  Enterprise: ₺39,999/month, or ₺383,990/year on annual billing (VAT excluded). Includes 10 brands, 3 users, white label and an account manager assigned to you. For larger needs, write to us.

• Is VAT included in the prices?

  No, VAT excluded (20% VAT added at checkout). Business subscriptions get a tax invoice with input VAT credit. Individual subscriptions also receive a proper invoice.
