• Are you GDPR and KVKK compliant?

  Our privacy notice is published; the VERBIS registration is pending. Servers and the database are in France (EU); the list of data transferred abroad is in the privacy notice. Your data is never sold to third parties and is deleted when you delete your account.

• How long is my data stored?

  As long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently erased within 30 days (excluding invoice/subscription records required by law).

• Can AgentFabrica employees access my data?

  Authorised team members can see your account and brand details in the admin panel to run the service and provide support. The purposes for which data is processed are listed in our privacy notice.

• Is my data backed up?

  Yes. The database is backed up automatically every hour, and every night an encrypted backup is also copied to separate storage. Daily backups are kept for seven days. We do not promise a recovery time.

• Can I download all my data?

  Yes: in the panel, Settings → Download my data. Your data downloads right away as a JSON or CSV file. This is your data-portability right.

• Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?

  Yes. In Settings → Security you can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app and add a passkey. Passwordless sign-in with a one-time link sent to your e-mail is also available. Enterprise single sign-on (SSO) is not offered at the moment.
