2. Main characteristics of the service

AgentFabrica is cloud software for content production, scheduling, publishing and reporting. You can buy a plan subscription (monthly or yearly), a custom package, a monthly add-on, or one-off extra credit. The scope and limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page and on the payment screen.

3. Price and payment

• The amount on the payment screen is the total payable including all taxes. There are no delivery costs.
• Monthly plans: the first 3 payments are 35% off, the list price applies from payment 4. Reporting plans get 25% off instead; add-ons are excluded. Yearly billing uses the yearly price instead.
• Payment is taken by card through the payment institution shown on the payment screen. Card details are not stored by AgentFabrica.

4. Free trial

• Length: 10 days on self-serve plans. Enterprise, E-Commerce Premium, E-Commerce Enterprise, Plus Enterprise and Network plans have no trial; they get a free setup call instead.
• Trial scope: account connections, reports, the content calendar, team, product sync, the GEO audit and brand profile drafting work as on the plan. These open up to a trial allowance set by plan size, and fully on the paid plan: image generation, story generation, video generation, UGC video generation, caption writing, market and competitor queries, the AI assistant, voice-over and music, report commentary and AI support replies. Brand, user and storage limits match the plan.
• Reminder: an e-mail is sent 2 days before the trial ends.
• Trial started with a card (international payment institution): when the trial ends the first period is charged to the saved card. The first 3 payments are 35% off (25% on reporting plans).
• Trial started without a card: nothing is charged. When the trial ends, a payment link for the first period is e-mailed. If it is not paid within 7 days the account moves to the free tier; no new quota opens meanwhile. If online payment is not available on that date, your request is passed to our team and the account moves to the free tier.
• Cancelling: cancel the trial any time from the Account screen. If you started with a card and cancel before the end, nothing is charged; access lasts until the trial ends.
• One trial: each person and business can try once. To check this, only irreversible digests of e-mail, phone, web domain, connected business accounts, card, IP prefix and device data are kept for 24 months. If you connect a business account that was already used in a trial, the trial ends at that moment; you can continue with the launch discount.
• Your data is not deleted when the trial ends.

5. Performance and renewal

• The service is performed electronically: the plan or credit opens on your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
• For card payments in Türkiye nothing is charged automatically. At the end of the period a renewal payment link is emailed. If it is not paid within 7 days the account moves to the free tier; your data is kept and the plan reopens when you pay.
• For subscriptions opened with an international payment institution, that institution charges the saved card at the end of each period.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, or to services whose performance starts with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. On the payment screen you agree that performance starts immediately, so you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Your consent is recorded with its time and text version.

7. Cancelling

• Use "Turn off renewal" on the Subscription and Usage page in the panel at any time.
• Your plan stays open until the end of the paid period, then moves to the free tier. Your data is kept.

8. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to the email address above. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee, or above its monetary limits to the consumer court after mandatory mediation. Statutory rights for defective performance are reserved.
