A Databox alternative priced per plan, not per client

If you are weighing a Databox alternative, the first difference is the pricing model. Databox's pricing model: plan price plus a client pack per client. AgentFabrica Reporting is a flat plan: $30 a month for one brand, $155 for up to 25 brands. Below is a fair comparison, including where Databox is the better choice.

The report's structure: source and metric names match the report. Values come from the accounts you connect.

Databox vs AgentFabrica at a glance

Databox's Agency plan starts at $79 a month on annual billing, and each client is added as a $20 client pack. White label is a separate $80 add-on, so an agency sending branded reports pays for three things.

Who should not switch from Databox

A flat plan is not the right answer for every agency. Stay where you are if one of these describes you:

  • You need data from spreadsheets, databases or APIs. Databox lists 130+ connections; AgentFabrica reports on six marketing sources.
  • You want a permanent free plan to start on. Databox has one; AgentFabrica reporting is paid.
  • You build custom metrics. AgentFabrica reports a fixed set of metrics per source.

If none of them applies and your clients are covered by the six sources, compare your own client count against the table above before you decide.

Where Databox is the better choice

A fair comparison starts with what Databox does well. These points come from its own website.

  • A permanent free plan to start with.
  • 130+ integrations, including spreadsheets, databases and APIs.
  • Unlimited users on the Agency plan, with cross-client reporting.

What goes into an AgentFabrica report

Accounts are connected once in the panel. The report rebuilds itself every week and every month, compares key numbers with the previous period and lands in an archive. Here is every source and metric it uses today:

SourceMetrics in the reportRequirement
Google Analytics 4Sessions, users, page views, conversions (key events)The brand's own property is picked automatically and can be changed
Search ConsoleClicks, impressions, click-through rate, average positionFull period totals are used

InstagramFollowers, reach, views, profile visits, engagement, reach per postThe account must be connected in the panel
Facebook PageFollower countOnly the follower count goes into the report
  • Not covered: TikTok ads, LinkedIn and YouTube analytics, and Facebook Page views or reach. Facebook contributes its follower count only.
  • A source that cannot be measured is never shown as zero; the report lists it with the reason, such as a missing permission.
  • Search metrics follow Search Console's own performance report definitions.
  • The full walk-through is on the reporting page.
