White label reporting your clients read as yours
White label reporting puts your agency's name on the marketing reports your clients receive. Here is exactly which surfaces carry your brand, what goes into each report, where the limits are and what it costs per client.

What white label reporting is
An agency pays for a reporting tool, connects each client's accounts and sends a report every month. With white labelling, the client sees the agency's name, logo and colours on that report, not the tool behind it.
Most articles on this topic describe embedded analytics for software companies. For a marketing agency the question is narrower: on which screens does my brand appear, and where does the vendor's still show through?
Where your brand appears, and where it does not
| Surface | With white label | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Shared report link | Your logo, colour and product name | Opens without a login, valid for 30 days, can be revoked |
| Report export | Same branding as the shared page | Save it as a PDF from the browser's print dialog |
| Weekly and monthly email | Your logo and colour in the header, product name in the footer | Sent on Mondays and on the 1st of the month |
| Report language | Turkish or English | Chosen per brand; the email, shared link and archive use the same language |
- If no logo is set, the product name is printed in your colour instead.
- The logo must be an https image address or an embedded image; anything else is ignored for security.
- Without a product name the report falls back to AgentFabrica, so set it before the first send.
- If your plan does not include white label, saved branding is not applied to reports.
What goes into each client's report
| Source | Metrics in the report | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Sessions, users, page views, conversions (key events) | The brand's own property is picked automatically and can be changed |
| Search Console | Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position | Full period totals are used |
| Meta Ads | Spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, cost per conversion, campaign breakdown | An ad account must be selected |
| Google Ads | Spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, cost per conversion, campaign breakdown | An ad account must be selected |
| Followers, reach, views, profile visits, engagement, reach per post | The account must be connected in the panel | |
| Facebook Page | Follower count | Only the follower count goes into the report |
Search numbers follow the definitions on Search Console's performance report page, and site numbers follow Analytics' dimensions and metrics. Your client sees the same numbers they would see in Google's own tools.
How missing data is shown to the client
A white-labelled report that shows zero clicks because a connection broke damages your brand, not the vendor's. Here an unmeasured source is never shown as zero; it appears in a "Sources not measured" section with the reason.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Property not chosen | No Analytics property is selected for the brand's site | Pick the property in the panel |
| Account not chosen | No ad account is selected | Pick the ad account to report on |
| Permission missing | Measurement permission was not granted | Reconnect the account and grant it |
| Not measured | The source could not be read for this period | Check the account connection |
| Waiting for first measurement | The account was just connected | The value appears after the first measurement |
Running reports for many clients
- 1Set branding
Upload your logo, pick a colour and name the product once.
- 2Add clients
Each client is a brand with its own connected accounts.
- 3Review
The summary table shows every brand's key numbers and missing sources.
- 4Deliver
Reports archive weekly and monthly and go out by email.
- 5Share
Send a no-login link for a specific report when a client asks.
- The summary table is built from the same collector as each brand's report, so the two never disagree.
- An unmeasured cell in the summary table stays empty rather than showing zero.
- Past weekly and monthly reports stay in the panel archive.
- For an SEO-focused client, start from our white label SEO report outline.
- Channel by channel, the Google Ads dashboard and Facebook ads report pages show what each ad section contains.

How to choose a white label reporting tool
- 1List the surfaces your client actually sees: link, email, export. Check each one for leftover vendor branding.
- 2Check the report language your clients need.
- 3Ask how missing data is shown. A zero that should be "unknown" is the most expensive mistake in client reporting.
- 4Work out the price per client at your real client count, not at the entry plan.
- 5Check whether the report comes ready-made or whether you build every dashboard yourself.

Frequently asked questions
What is white label reporting?
Sending clients reports that carry your agency's brand instead of the reporting tool's. Here that means your logo, colour and product name on the shared page, export and email.
Which plan includes white label?
The Reporting Agency plan, $155 a month for up to 25 brands. The single-brand Reporting plan does not include it.
Can clients open reports without logging in?
Yes. A shared link opens without a login, stays valid for 30 days and can be revoked at any time.
What language are the reports in?
Turkish or English, chosen per brand. Headings, labels, dates and number formats follow that choice; campaign names are printed as they are. Other languages are not available yet.
Is there a PDF?
The report page is print-ready; save it as a PDF from your browser. Numbers also export as CSV.
Which data sources are included?
GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram and the Facebook Page follower count.
What happens when a client's account disconnects?
The source is listed under "Sources not measured" with the reason. It is never shown as zero.
