Local SEO services with pricing by number of locations
For a business people walk into, the Google Business Profile often matters more than the website: it is where customers find your phone number, directions and reviews. Our local SEO services complete that profile, keep your name, address and phone identical everywhere, reply to reviews and run every location separately. The fee follows how many locations you have, and the table is on this page. AI watches every location profile, and a person approves each review reply before it is sent.
- AI agents prepare, a specialist approves
- Price published on the page
- Accounts stay in your name
What Local Visibility delivers every month
- Business profile completed in full: category, services, hours and photos updated in Google's own screen
- Name-address-phone written identically everywhere (local signal stays whole)
- Reviews answered; negative reviews get a human-approved reply within 24 hours
- Posts published from the panel, each with its live Google link shown
- Per-branch profile management with a separate review stream
- Monthly report: connected ad, social and website data in one report, compared with the previous month, kept in an archive and emailed on the 1st.
What actually moves local rankings
According to Google's own help page on local ranking, local results are driven by relevance, distance and prominence.
| Factor | What it means | Who can influence it |
|---|---|---|
| Relevance | How well your profile matches the search | You and us: the right category, a full services list, accurate details |
| Distance | How far you are from the searcher | Nobody; your location is fixed |
| Prominence | How well known the business is | Partly: review count and rating, links about you, your site's search visibility |
The work happens in relevance and prominence: the right primary category, a complete services list, accurate hours, real photos and reviews that get answered.
That is why we do not promise a map position. Two people searching from different streets see different results, so a single rank number is not a meaningful local metric. We work on what you control: category, details, photos and reviews.
What our Google Business Profile management includes
For a business people walk into, the profile often matters more than the website: it is where customers find your phone number, directions and reviews. The table separates where each part of the work happens.
| Task | What is done | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Profile details | Category, services, hours and photos are completed in Google Business Profile's own editor | Included |
| Name, address and phone | One official spelling is set and used on the profile and your site | Included |
| Review replies | Drafts are prepared in the panel; negative reviews get a response within 24 hours | Included |
| Posts | Updates, events and offers published from the panel | Included |
| Per-location management | Separate profile work and review stream for each location | Included |
| Monthly report | Connected website and social data plus brand mentions | Included |
| Views, calls and direction requests | Shown in the profile's own performance screen | Not in the report |
| Profile verification | Google decides the method and timing | With Google |
| Review removal | Only Google decides; reviews that break policy can be flagged | Out of scope |
How a local SEO engagement runs
- 1Profile audit
Empty or outdated category, service, hours and photo fields are listed.
- 2One spelling
One version of name, address and phone is set; profile and site follow it.
- 3Review stream
Reviews get drafts toned by star rating; negative ones need human approval.
- 4Posts
Updates, events and offers are published location by location.
- 5Report
At month end: connected site and social data plus brand mentions.
If a profile already exists, nothing new is created. We connect to it with your authorization and ownership stays with you.
Google recommends working with only one third party at a time, because your business can only appear once on Google (Google Business Profile Help: working with third parties).
Google Business Profile management, field by field
Every empty field is a missing relevance signal. A wrong primary category can keep you out of the exact search you want; outdated hours send customers to a closed door, and they write about it.
Setup completes these fields:
- Primary and secondary categories chosen to match real services.
- Services and opening hours kept current, including special hours.
- Real photos of the premises.
- Google posts: updates, events and offers.
| Mistake | Google's rule |
|---|---|
| Adding keywords or a city to the business name | The name must match signage and documents; extra information can get the profile suspended |
| Opening several profiles for one business | Only one profile per business |
| Picking a category for every service | Use as few categories as possible; changing a category may trigger reverification |
| Offering discounts or gifts for reviews | Incentivized reviews are prohibited and removed |
NAP consistency
NAP stands for name, address and phone. They should be written identically on your profile, your website and directories.
"St." versus "Street" or a phone number in a different format looks minor, but it can make one business look like two records and split the local signal.
We settle on one official spelling and apply it everywhere. On your own site, our AI visibility audit checks whether business identity and contact details are visible on the home page:
- Is an Organization or LocalBusiness schema defined?
- Can a phone number, email or address be found on the page?
Review replies with a human in the loop
Reviews feed prominence, but more importantly they are a public conversation. A reply on Google stays under the review, and the next customer reads it.
Replies are toned by star rating:
- 1 and 2 stars: an apology and a fix.
- 3 stars: solution-focused; this customer was not pleased, but not angry either.
- 4 and 5 stars: a warm thank-you.
We do not auto-reply to negative reviews. At three stars and below, a draft is prepared and a person approves it, and the server enforces that rule too. Negative reviews get a response within 24 hours.
Drafts are scanned against your sector's prohibited claims and your own banned list, and risky phrases are flagged. In regulated fields like healthcare or law even one sentence can count as advertising.
For four and five stars, sending without approval can be switched on if the risk scan is clean. Wider tracking of brand mentions runs under online reputation management.
Posts and Google's own metrics
The post screen publishes three types and asks for required fields up front, because Google rejects incomplete requests:
- Update: text of at least 10 and at most 1,500 characters.
- Event: a title and a start date are required.
- Offer: a coupon code or an offer link is required.
Each published post shows its live Google link, so you know it went out without searching for it. Google also reviews posts, and a post stays pending while the profile is unverified (Business Profile posts).
If your Instagram account is connected, you can bring an Instagram post over. The text is trimmed to Google's limit and edited on screen before publishing, so a pile of hashtags never lands on your profile. Instagram itself runs under social media management.
Multi-location pricing
Location count drives the fee because each location is its own Google listing and review stream. The steps are one location, a cluster of up to 5, city scale up to 20 and chains up to 100.
Locations are pulled live from Google, so opening a new branch does not require reconnecting. Each location keeps its own profile work and review stream, so a lagging branch does not disappear into an average.
Prices are computed by the pricing engine and match the scope builder. Billed in US dollars, without Turkish VAT. The first 3 months include a 35% launch discount. The Custom tier (Over 100 branches) is planned on request.
- Included: profile completion, one official NAP spelling, review replies, posts, per-location management, monthly report.
- Not included: ad spend, on-site photo shoots, any promise to remove reviews.
- Networks above 100 locations are quoted. The chart comes from our pricing engine, matches the scope builder and excludes VAT.
AgentFabrica, an agency or a freelancer
All three can work. Which one fits depends on your number of locations, whether you need on-site photos and how busy your review stream is.
| AgentFabrica | Typical agency | Freelancer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Published table by number of locations | Area or package quote | Varies by person |
| Profile ownership | Yours; the panel only connects to it | Check the contract | Usually yours |
| Negative reviews | Drafted, human approved, answered within 24 hours | Varies by team | Depends on one calendar |
| Multiple locations | Per-location profile work and review stream | Often a separate quote | Can overload one person |
| Strength | AI measures each location, a person approves replies | On-site photos and citation teams | Local knowledge and flexibility |
| Reporting | Monthly report in the panel | Usually a monthly deck | Varies |
If you want on-site photography and a citation team, an agency fits better. If you have one location and someone who knows the area is enough, a good freelancer will do.
Our strength is work run location by location, human-approved review replies and a published price. The month-end report is built on our reporting engine.
Questions about Local Visibility
How much do local SEO services cost?
The fee is tiered by number of locations and listed on this page. Prices are in US dollars, billed without Turkish VAT; the scope builder gives the exact figure.
Can you get me into the map pack?
We cannot promise a position. Results depend on the searcher's location as well as relevance and prominence. We work on the parts you control: category, details, photos and reviews.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. We commit to a complete profile, consistent NAP, answered reviews and work run per location.
Can you remove fake reviews?
Only Google can remove a review, so nobody can honestly promise removal. As the owner you can flag reviews that break Google's policies; meanwhile a calm, factual reply usually helps the next reader more.
How do you handle many locations?
Each location is managed as its own listing and review stream. Pricing steps up with location count, and networks above one hundred are quoted.
Who owns the Google Business Profile?
You do. It connects to the panel with your authorization, and if you leave you disconnect it and keep the profile, reviews and photos.
Why doesn't my review reply show up right away?
Google checks replies against its content policies before publishing. That usually takes about 10 minutes and sometimes up to 30 days. The business also has to be verified before it can reply.
Can I offer a discount for reviews?
No. Google's fake engagement policy prohibits payments, discounts or free products in exchange for a review or for changing a negative one, and such reviews are removed. Simply asking for reviews is fine.
Can I work with more than one agency on my profile?
Google recommends working with only one third party at a time. Your business can only appear once on Google, so splitting the profile between providers makes results hard to compare.
