Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

AgentFabrica is cloud software for content production, scheduling, publishing and reporting. No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped. The amount on the payment screen is the total including VAT; there is no delivery or shipping fee.

2. When and how it is delivered

• The service is performed electronically: the plan or credit opens on your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
• A subscription runs for the period you choose (one month or one year).

3. Renewal

• For card payments in Türkiye nothing is charged automatically. At the end of the period a renewal payment link is emailed.
• If it is not paid within 7 days the account moves to the free tier; your data is kept and the plan reopens when you pay.
• For subscriptions opened with an international payment institution, that institution charges the saved card at the end of each period.
