- Videos over 15 minutes need a verified YouTube account.
- A scheduled video does not go live while the account serves a Community Guidelines strike.
- Short vertical videos made in the panel fall under the Shorts rule when uploaded.
Team access to the channel
YouTube offers channel permissions so you can grant access without sharing a password. The account connected in the panel needs permission on the channel it uploads to.
- Owner and manager: manage permissions and access the whole channel.
- Editor: edits content; editor (limited) cannot see revenue data.
- Subtitle editor and viewer roles give narrower access.
Who it fits and who it does not
- Teams that want to make short vertical video and send it to YouTube and TikTok from one panel.

Frequently asked questions
Can AgentFabrica upload videos to YouTube?
Yes. Videos go to the channel from the Post to YouTube screen using YouTube's resumable upload. Any error is shown on screen as it is.
Can I publish YouTube Shorts?
Shorts is not a separate post type; YouTube itself treats square or vertical videos up to 3 minutes as Shorts. Such a video uploaded from the panel is classified as a Short.
Can I see channel analytics in the panel?
No. YouTube channel and video analytics are not reported in the panel; use YouTube Studio's Analytics.
Why is there a daily upload share?
YouTube's default upload quota is 100 calls a day, counted per Google Cloud project. All brands connect through the same app, so the panel applies a daily share per brand.
Can it write the title and description?
Yes. The caption studio suggests up to 5,000 characters of description and 8 hashtags for YouTube.
How do I give my team channel access?
Through YouTube's channel permissions. Roles include owner, manager, editor, editor (limited), subtitle editor, viewer and viewer (limited); no password sharing is needed.
