One URL on your profile, everything behind it.
Put one URL on your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profile, and line up your products, video, WhatsApp line and form behind it. Free forever on the free tier.
What a link in bio is, and why one link is not enough
URLs in Instagram captions are not clickable; the clickable link lives in the website field on your profile. Instagram's add a website to your profile page covers that field.
If you have a shop, a booking page, a WhatsApp line and a new video, they all need space at once. A link page puts a full page behind that single URL.
| Criterion | Direct link | Link page |
|---|---|---|
| What visitors see | One destination | Products, video, form and messaging together |
| To change it | Edit each profile on each platform | Edit the page once |
| Measurement | Whatever the platform shows | Views, clicks and traffic sources |
| Collecting details | Not possible | With a form block |
What you can put on the page
| Block | What it does |
|---|---|
| Link | Sends visitors to any URL; featured links appear larger |
| Product | A single product card with image and price text |
| Video | Plays a YouTube or Vimeo video on the page |
| Starts a chat with a pre-filled message | |
| Form | Asks for any of name, email, phone and message |
| Header, text, social | Splits the page into sections and adds text and account icons |
- Add opening hours and an "open now" badge appears at the top.
- With a phone or email set, visitors can save you to their contacts in one tap.
- Download the page's QR code for your shop window, business card or packaging.
- Choose the font family, corner style, spacing, background texture, avatar shape and cover image.

Analytics: who came and what they clicked
The analytics tab compares the last 30 days with the 30 before. Views, clicks and click-through rate come from the page counters; with no views, the rate is left blank rather than shown as zero.
- Where visitors came from: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Google, direct or other.
- Clicks per link and each link's position on the page.
- A suggestion to move your most-clicked link up if it is not in the top three.
- Change against the previous period; if that period is empty, no change is shown.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Page is live | A page that is not live opens blank from your profile |
| Profile image added | Visitors know they are in the right place |
| Bio written | At least 20 characters of description |
| At least one action block | The page tells visitors what to do next |
| Every block has a URL | An empty link goes nowhere when tapped |
| Direct messaging connected | A fast contact route such as WhatsApp |
| Social accounts and contact details | Visitors can find you on other channels |
Form blocks and personal data
The form block collects contact details and submissions are listed in your panel. Each form needs at least an email or phone field, because a lead you cannot reach is no use.
- Fields come from a fixed list: full name, email, phone, message.
- Bots are filtered with a hidden trap field, and their submissions are not saved.
- At most 5 submissions per minute are accepted from the same address.
- Only the fields that form asks for are stored.
To follow form and WhatsApp leads all the way to a sale, use the CRM screen.
Tools that feed your link page
- Plan posts in the content calendar; every post sends traffic to your link page.
- Compare which posts bring visitors with social media analytics.
- Run your Instagram account day to day from Instagram management.
