LinkedIn management:profile posts, scheduled.
Generate and schedule text and image posts on behalf of the connected member's LinkedIn profile. Company pages, video and analytics are not in the panel today; we cover how to handle them with LinkedIn's own tools.
What AgentFabrica does on LinkedIn today
| Task | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Profile post (text) | Yes | On behalf of the connected member |
| Profile post (image) | Yes | The image is uploaded to LinkedIn and attached |
| Scheduling | Yes | From the calendar, free plan included |
| Company page post | No | Page permission is not requested |
| Video posting | No | The panel rejects video explicitly |
| Post analytics | No | LinkedIn posts are not measured |
Statuses were read from the product's publishing capability table and LinkedIn publisher (2 October 2026).
Personal profile versus company page
LinkedIn grants two separate permissions. Posting for a member needs the member sharing permission. Posting for a company page needs a separate organization permission, open only to people holding an administrator, content admin or sponsored content poster role on that page.
| Personal profile | Company page | |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn permission | Member sharing | Organization sharing, page role required |
| In AgentFabrica | Yes (text and image) | No |
| Native scheduler | Not stated on its help pages | One hour to three months ahead |
| Analytics | In LinkedIn's own screens | With admin or analyst role |

- Super admin: adds admins, edits page details and can deactivate the page.
- Content admin: creates and manages page content, including posts and events.
- Analyst: can only open the Analytics tab.
How a LinkedIn post leaves the panel
- 1Connect the profile
Connect LinkedIn from the Integrations screen.
- 2Generate the copy
The caption studio suggests up to 3,000 characters.
- 3Add an image
Generate or upload an image; video cannot be attached.
- 4Approve
The post waits on the publishing approval screen.
- 5Schedule
At the calendar time the post goes out from your profile.
For copy, caption generation uses an expert, case-led tone. The check before posting happens on the publishing approval screen and scheduling on the content calendar.
LinkedIn's own limits
- Company pages cannot schedule events, multi-photo posts, reposts, polls, or job and service posts.
- Video uploaded in the app can be up to 15 minutes and 5 GB.
- Page post metrics can take 48 hours to show; reactions and comments update in real time.
- LinkedIn applies a daily request limit per member for member sharing.
Who it fits and who it does not
- Businesses that want a founder's or expert's personal profile to stay active.
- Teams that want LinkedIn on the same calendar as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Not a fit today if you need company page posting, LinkedIn video or LinkedIn analytics.
To hand the accounts to a team, see the social media management service. The tool comparison shows other networks in one table.
Frequently asked questions
Can AgentFabrica post to a LinkedIn company page?
Not today. Posts go out on behalf of the person who connected LinkedIn. Use LinkedIn's own scheduler for the company page.
Can I post video to LinkedIn?
No. The panel posts text and images to LinkedIn and explicitly rejects posts with video.
Can I see LinkedIn post performance in the panel?
No, LinkedIn posts are not measured. For page analytics, open LinkedIn's Analytics tab with an admin or analyst role.
How long is the generated LinkedIn copy?
The caption studio suggests up to 3,000 characters and 4 hashtags for LinkedIn.
Can LinkedIn posts be scheduled?
Yes. At the calendar time the post goes out from your profile. The calendar is available on the free plan too.
Which role should I give on the company page?
According to LinkedIn, content admin is enough to create content; adding admins and editing page details belongs to the super admin. Someone who only reads the numbers gets the analyst role.
