SEO services with the scope and price written down
Comparing SEO services is hard because proposals rarely line up: one is a retainer, one is a project fee, and the scope only becomes clear after you sign. This page lists what we do item by item and shows the price as a table. Our SEO services cover a technical audit, on-page fixes, content prioritization and measurement, plus tracking of how your brand appears in AI-generated answers. You can check your site first with our free SEO analysis tool. AI handles the crawl and the first content draft, and the fixes are made by a specialist.

What SEO & AI Visibility delivers every month
- Technical audit: missing titles, descriptions, canonicals and robots rules found
- Rankings and clicks read from the search console, no guessing
- Whether the brand appears in AI answers, and at which position in the list, is measured
- Missing page titles and descriptions closed one by one
- Page speed and mobile fitness measured; what slows it down is named in the report
- Broken internal links found, grouped by the target they point at
- Orphan pages that no internal link reaches are listed
- Monthly report: connected ad, social and website data in one report, compared with the previous month, kept in an archive and emailed on the 1st.
What our SEO services cover
SEO is usually described in four blocks: technical SEO, on-page SEO, content and off-site work. We cover the first three, and we state plainly what we do not do in the fourth.
| Block | What is done | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Technical SEO | Multi-page crawl, broken internal links, orphan pages, canonical, robots and noindex checks, page speed and mobile fit | Included |
| On-page SEO | Missing or truncated titles and descriptions, single H1, image alt text, structured data | Included |
| Content | Queries that lose clicks, keywords on page two, your own pages competing for the same keyword | Included |
| Off-site | Buying links or building link networks | Out of scope |
Technical SEO: can search engines read your site?
Our crawler visits many pages and follows robots.txt: it never requests a blocked path, and if robots.txt cannot be read it does not crawl at all. Every issue it finds goes into the report by name.
- Broken internal links are grouped by target page, so one faulty menu link does not show up as hundreds of separate rows.
- Orphan pages that no internal link reaches are listed.
- A page returning 403 or 429 is not counted as broken; it is usually a bot filter and the report says so.
- Page speed and mobile fit are measured, with the slowing item named.
Page speed is read through two separate measurements. Lab data is a simulation on a single virtual device and moves a few points between runs. Field data comes from Chrome users who actually visit your site; Google's Core Web Vitals also measure real user experience.
On-page SEO and content priorities
The most common on-page issue is title and description length. A long title is truncated in search results. Google mostly builds the snippet from page content itself and uses the meta description when it describes the page better (Google's snippet documentation).
On the content side we read Search Console data. Priority is set by where each query stands today, not by guesswork:
- 1Queries losing clicks: good position, but click-through rate below what it should be.
- 2Keywords waiting on page two.
- 3Your own pages competing for the same keyword.
- 4Mobile and desktop read separately: a single average can hide a mobile problem.
A common problem on multilingual sites is Google showing the wrong language version; we covered the causes in when Google indexes the wrong language.
Visibility in AI answers
People now ask assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini as well. Whether your brand appears in those answers is a separate measurement, often called GEO.
The GEO audit reads your robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap files and shows, as a matrix, whether six AI crawlers can reach your site. It then checks structured data, quotable content and trust signals.
- Is your brand mentioned in the AI answer, and if it appears in a list, in which position?
- Which brands show up instead of you?
- Which sources does the answer rely on, and is your own site among them?
- Questions where your brand does not appear are listed as content gaps.
The SEO process in four steps
- 1Connect
Your Search Console account is connected and access to your site's admin is shared.
- 2Audit
Multi-page crawl, page speed, Search Console query data and AI visibility are measured.
- 3Fix
Findings are ranked by impact; missing titles and descriptions are closed one by one.
- 4Measure
Rankings are tracked; the monthly report compares clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position with the previous month.
The order matters: fixing a problem you have not measured makes it impossible to see which change worked. The monthly report is built on our reporting engine and collects in the panel archive.
Who changes what
The least discussed part of an SEO proposal is who will fix the problems found. If nobody with access to your site applies the audit list, nothing changes.
| Task | Who does it |
|---|---|
| Title and meta description copy | We write it; copy outside the right length is never delivered |
| Writing the copy to the site | Us if the site allows it, otherwise you or your developer |
| Theme, server and speed code | Your site's developer; the report names the slowing item |
| Missing structured data | The audit lists it; how it is applied depends on what the site allows |
How SEO pricing works
SEO pricing on the market usually depends on scope, the site's technical state, competition and content or link needs. Our monthly fee depends on one measure: the number of pages tracked for search visibility.
Prices are computed by the pricing engine and match the scope builder. VAT excluded. The first 3 months include a 35% launch discount. The Custom tier (Over 2,000 pages) is planned on request.
- Included: technical audit, on-page fixes, rank tracking, AI visibility measurement, monthly report.
- Not included: buying links, long-form article writing, site migration projects, theme and server development.
AgentFabrica, an agency or a freelancer
All three can work; which one fits depends on your budget, your team and how much visibility you want.
| AgentFabrica | Typical agency | Freelancer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Published table by number of tracked pages | Usually after a sales call | Hourly or monthly, varies |
| Scope | Included and excluded items listed on this page | Defined in the contract | Depends on their specialty |
| Technical fixes | Applied by us when your CMS allows, ready text when not | Often through your developer | Themselves, if given access |
| AI search visibility | Included: crawler access audit and answer tracking | Some offer it as an add-on | Rarely |
| Link building | Not included | Most offer it | Some offer it |
| Strength | AI crawls, a specialist makes the fixes | Large team, content and link capacity | Deep expertise and direct contact |
| Reporting | Monthly report in the panel | Usually a monthly deck | Varies |
If you want heavy link building and a steady stream of long articles, an agency with a large team may suit you better; if you need deep expertise in one area, a good freelance consultant can do the job. To grow organic visibility alongside ads, combine it with Google Ads management.
Questions about SEO & AI Visibility
How much do SEO services cost?
The fee is tiered by the number of pages tracked and listed on this page, in US dollars, billed without Turkish VAT. The scope builder gives the exact figure.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No. Google decides rankings and does not publish its algorithm. We commit to the work: audit, fixes, rank tracking and a monthly report.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Most competitor pages we reviewed say three to six months. The real timeline depends on your site's technical state, competition and how quickly fixes are applied. Technical fixes can show earlier; content and authority take longer.
Should I hire in-house, an agency or a freelancer?
An in-house specialist knows your business deeply but is one person. An agency brings capacity, often including content and links. A freelancer offers expertise and direct contact. We fit when you want a written scope, a published price and measurement you can open yourself.
Will a site migration hurt my rankings?
It can if old URLs are not redirected to their new pages. Migration projects are not in our delivery list, but a crawl and Search Console data before and after the move quickly show which pages were lost.
Do I need backlinks?
Links are one prominence signal, but bought links break Google's spam policies and carry risk. This service does not buy links, and on most sites the technical base and content come first.
What is the difference between SEO and SEM?
SEO earns visibility in organic results without paying per click. SEM usually means search ads, where visibility is bought through Google Ads. They work well together, and Google Ads management is available as a separate service.
