B2B lead generationThe calendar gives a typical period, not an exact day
Fair dates move every year, and any day written before the organiser announces it is a guess. A wrong date throws off booth and travel plans from the start.
So the calendar shows the month or season each fair has kept for years, such as September or October (even years). You confirm the exact day on the fair's official website, which every card links to.
How many fairs each sector has
The calendar covers twelve sectors. The chart below shows how many fairs on the list serve each one; a fair that serves several sectors is counted in each.
Counts are calculated from the calendar's own list and change as the list is updated.
How the fit score is calculated
Every fair gets a fit score out of 100, and the list is ranked by it. The score comes from fixed rules and involves no AI judgement.
| Item | Points | When it is added |
|---|---|---|
| Base | 20 | Every fair on the list |
| Sector match | 50 | The fair covers the sector you chose |
| Target market match | 25 | The fair is in the country you chose |
| Major trade hub | 10 | With a country chosen, the fair is in Germany, the UAE, the US or China |
| Turkey or major hub | 15 | With all markets chosen, the fair is in one of these countries |
| Held every year | 10 | The fair recurs annually |
The total is capped at 100. The score shows fit; it does not measure the fair's quality or the sales it will bring you.
Fairs held in Turkey on the list
The list includes 9 fairs held in Turkey. They host international buyers and are easier on booth and travel costs for a first fair.

Frequently asked questions
What does the trade show calendar cover?
37 large, regularly recurring sector fairs from 7 countries. Each shows its city, typical period, focus, rough visitor band and official website.
Why are there no exact dates?
Fair dates change every year, and a day written before the organiser announces it is a guess. The calendar gives the typical period; you confirm the exact day on the official website.
Is the list generated by AI?
No. Fairs are curated by hand; AI does not generate fairs, dates or visitor numbers. The fit score also comes from fixed rules.
How is the fit score worked out?
A sector match adds 50 points and a target market match 25. The base is 20 and annual fairs get 10 more; the total is capped at 100.
Which sectors are included?
Textiles, furniture, food, electronics, automotive, machinery, cosmetics, packaging, construction, agriculture, metals and chemicals. The sector is picked from your brand profile and you can change it.
Is there government support for exhibiting?
Programmes vary by country. In Turkey, the Ministry of Trade supports individual and national participation in listed international fairs; in the US, the International Trade Administration publishes trade events.
Can I save the companies I met at a fair here?
No, the calendar is only for choosing fairs. You build out the company list in the lead enrichment screen.
Are fairs in Turkey included?
Yes, the list has 9 fairs held in Turkey. Choose Turkey as the target market to bring them to the top.
