Google Ads management with a price you can read before you call
Most Google Ads management offers hide the fee behind a sales call. Ours sits in a table on this page and is calculated by the same engine that bills you. We build search, shopping and retargeting campaigns, clean out the search terms that burn money, and we do not bid on conversions we cannot measure. The ad account stays in your name. AI agents in the panel review the campaigns daily, and bid or search-term changes go live only after a specialist approves them.
- AI agents prepare, a specialist approves
- Price published on the page
- Accounts stay in your name
What Google Ads Management delivers every month
- Campaign structure build: search, shopping and retargeting kept separate
- Search term cleanup: money-burning queries listed and excluded with your approval
- Conversion tracking verified; we do not bid on what is not measured
- Bid strategy and budget allocation reviewed at your tier's cadence
- Ad diagnostics: the reason behind a drop is reported in writing
- Monthly report: connected ad, social and website data in one report, compared with the previous month, kept in an archive and emailed on the 1st.
What to check before you hire anyone for Google Ads
Most Google Ads management offers hide the fee behind a sales call. Three questions make any offer comparable.
- 1Fee: Is the management fee billed separately from ad spend, and for which spend range does it apply? A percentage of spend can quietly grow faster than the work it pays for.
- 2Ownership: The account, its history, audiences and conversion settings should be yours. With us the account is connected to the panel; ownership never moves to us.
- 3Measurement: If a tag double counts, smart bidding optimizes toward success that never happened.
You can see who has access to your account, and at what level, at any time in Google Ads access management.
What our Google Ads management includes
Search, shopping and retargeting are built as separate structures because each has its own cost logic and decision rhythm.
| Task | What is done | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign structure | Search, shopping and retargeting built separately | Included |
| Search term cleanup | Queries that spend without converting are listed as negative keyword suggestions and written once you approve | Included |
| Conversion tracking | Tags and conversion settings are audited; no bidding before measurement is verified | Included |
| Bids and budget | Bid strategy and budget allocation reviewed at your tier's cadence | Included |
| Ad diagnostics | The reason behind a drop is reported in writing | Included |
| Monthly report | Spend, conversions, cost and next month's plan | Included |
| Ad spend | Paid to Google from your account | Not in the fee |
| Landing page design, video shoots | Separate work; available through content creation | Out of scope |
When goals are mixed in one campaign, the report shows an average and the profitable part disappears into it. To see the build steps yourself, read how to run Google ads.
How we manage a Google Ads account
- 1Measurement audit
Conversion settings and tags are read; we state whether smart bidding is safe to use.
- 2Structure
Search, shopping and retargeting are split into separate campaigns.
- 3Cleanup
Search terms that burn money are listed; the ones you pick are added as negatives.
- 4Budget and bids
Lost impression share, segment checks and campaign decisions are read at your tier's cadence.
- 5Report
At month end: spend, conversions, cost and next month's plan.
Review cadence is tied to your tier: weekly at Starter, every two days at Growth, daily at Scale. Each review covers search terms, budget allocation and bid strategy.
The monthly report: what it covers and when it arrives
The monthly report is emailed on the 1st of every month and collects in the panel's report archive. Every number sits next to the previous month, and you can open a past month from the archive without asking for it again.
| Source | Metrics in the report | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, cost per conversion, campaign breakdown | The ad account must be selected in the panel |
| Google Analytics 4 | Sessions, users, page views, conversions (key events) | The site's Analytics property must be connected |
| Search Console | Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position | The site must be connected to Search Console |
Conversion tracking comes before bidding
Smart bidding learns from conversion data to set a bid in every auction (Google Ads Help: About Smart Bidding). If the data is wrong, the system learns toward the wrong goal.
- The panel's measurement audit answers one question at the top: can smart bidding be trusted on this account?
- Zero conversions and a broken tag are shown differently. The first is bad news; the second is a setup fault.
- If Tag Manager is connected, the critical measurement tags are checked as well.
- If revenue is not tracked, the screen shows cost per conversion instead of ROAS.
Where wasted ad spend usually hides
Broad match keywords that trigger unrelated queries are the most common leak. The search terms report shows it, but only if someone reads it on a schedule.
| Leak | Symptom | What the panel shows |
|---|---|---|
| Unrelated searches | Spend without conversions | The costliest non-converting terms; brand terms are protected and listed |
| Budget cap | Campaign stops by midday | Impression share lost to budget and to rank, separately |
| Broken measurement | More conversions than really happened | Measurement audit card: a fault is not shown as zero conversions |
| Bad segment | Good average, but one location, hour or device is losing | Technical audit card: the losing segment as one number |
A campaign that runs out of budget by midday may be buying the most expensive hours. Reading impression share lost to budget apart from share lost to rank separates a budget problem from an ad quality problem.
Taking over an existing account
No new account is needed. You connect Google Ads, your Google Analytics property and site measurement (Tag Manager or Analytics) to the panel.
- 1The current campaign structure and conversion settings are read.
- 2Search terms and budget split are reviewed.
- 3Changes are made gradually, and the reason for each one is written down.
How the management fee is calculated
The fee is a share of the spend ceiling of your tier, and the share falls as spend grows. A larger budget still runs on one account structure and one conversion schema; what grows is how often decisions are made.
Prices are computed by the pricing engine and match the scope builder. Billed in US dollars, without Turkish VAT. The first 3 months include a 35% launch discount. Ad spend is not included; it is paid to the ad platform directly from your own account. If your business model needs extra setup, the fee rises by at most 25%; the scope builder gives the exact figure. The Custom tier (Over $30,000 /mo) is planned on request.
- Included: campaign build, search term cleanup, measurement audit, bid and budget reviews, ad diagnostics, monthly report.
- Not included: ad spend, landing page design, video and photo shoots.
- Extra setup: business-model items such as call tracking or e-commerce revenue tracking are priced in the scope builder.
AgentFabrica, an agency or a freelancer
All three can work; which one fits depends on your budget, your team and how often you want the account reviewed.
| AgentFabrica | Typical agency | Freelancer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Tier table on the page, exact figure in the scope builder | Usually after a sales call | Varies by person, hourly or monthly |
| Ad spend | Always your account, paid to Google directly | Varies by agency, check the contract | Usually your card |
| Account ownership | Yours; the panel only connects to it | Check the contract | Usually yours |
| Review cadence | Written per tier: weekly, every two days, daily | Depends on team load | Depends on one calendar |
| Strength | AI agents review daily, a specialist approves | Creative team and meetings | Flexibility and direct contact |
| Reporting | Monthly report in the panel | Usually a monthly deck | Varies |
If your budget is small and runs in one campaign, a good freelancer may be enough. If you want in-person meetings and a large creative team, an agency fits better. If you need to create demand in social feeds rather than capture it in search, add Facebook ads management; buying two services applies a bundle discount.
Questions about Google Ads Management
How much does Google Ads management cost?
The fee depends on the monthly ad spend tier and is listed in the table on this page, in US dollars, billed without Turkish VAT. It does not include ad spend, which you pay to Google directly.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
The fee is calculated from the spend ceiling of your tier, not billed as a running percentage of what you spend. Within a tier it stays fixed.
Can you work in my existing account?
Yes. You connect your account to the panel; no new account is created and your history, audiences and conversion settings stay in place.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Results also depend on the product, price and competition. What we commit to is the work: verified measurement, search term cleanup, reviews at the cadence of your tier and a monthly report.
Is there a minimum budget?
There is no hard minimum, but if the fee would be a large share of a small budget the scope builder warns you before you buy and suggests a smaller setup.
Can I buy Google Ads management on its own?
Yes. Every service can be bought alone. Adding Meta ads or lead tracking later applies a bundle discount.
When should smart bidding be used?
When conversion tracking works. Smart bidding learns from conversion data; if data is missing or double counted it optimizes toward the wrong goal. The panel's measurement audit answers this per account.
Do you add negative keywords for me?
Money-burning search terms are listed with their reasons. The terms you select and approve are written to the account as negatives; nothing is added automatically and brand terms are protected.
What do I need for Shopping campaigns?
A Merchant Center account holding your product data. The panel can connect to Merchant Center and send product records; Shopping campaigns run on that data.

- Prices are monthly, in US dollars, billed to your card in USD without Turkish VAT. Dollar prices are converted from our Turkish lira prices at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye selling rate (1 USD = 49.86 TRY, 02.11.2026). The first 3 months column includes the 35% launch discount.
- Ad spend is not included; you pay the ad platform directly from your own account.
- The table assumes a form-lead business model. Models that need extra tracking setup, such as calls, WhatsApp or e-commerce sales, add up to 25%.
- Buying more than one service shares the common setup: 15% off for two services, 20% for three.

Tools behind this service
- Google Ads
A guide to setting up your first Google ad, based on Google's own documented steps: account, campaign type, keywords, budget and tracking. After launch, you analyse the account in the panel and manage it with rules.
- Conversion Tracking
Events go from your site to our server, then to Meta, Google and TikTok in parallel. Setup health and match quality sit on the same screen.
- Ad Management
The rules you set are evaluated every 30 minutes. When a condition is met, the rule's action runs: a campaign pauses, starts again or gets a new budget, and you can require approval first. A/B test results are measured hourly; the winner is shown at a 95% confidence threshold.
- A/B Test Center
Run two ad variants side by side on Meta. The scorecard calls a winner only once confidence passes 95% and each variant reaches its sample threshold.
