Social media management services built around your approval
Searching for social media management services usually lands you on two kinds of pages: software you still have to run yourself, or an agency that will not show a price until after a call. We plan your content into a monthly calendar, put every post in front of you before it goes live, publish to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and gather comments and messages into one inbox. The fee depends on how many posts go out per month, and the table is on this page. AI agents fill the calendar and produce the visuals, and nothing is published until you approve it.
- AI agents prepare, a specialist approves
- Price published on the page
- Accounts stay in your name
One calendar feeds five networks, each with its own aspect ratio and caption length.
What Social Media Management delivers every month
- Monthly content calendar: topic, format and publish time set
- Approval flow: you see it before it goes out and approve in one click
- One piece → many platforms, adapted to each platform's own format
- Publish times chosen from your account's measured engagement; when data is thin, the sector average is used and labelled
- Unified inbox: comments and messages in one place by priority, with a separate view for those awaiting a reply
- Monthly report: connected ad, social and website data in one report, compared with the previous month, kept in an archive and emailed on the 1st.
Software or a managed service: which one you actually need
A scheduling tool solves the publishing step. It does not decide what goes out, chase approvals or answer the comment that came in at 11 pm.
If you already have someone who owns the calendar, a tool may be enough. If nobody owns it, the tool becomes another login nobody opens.
- 1How many posts go out per month, and is that number in writing?
- 2Who approves a post before it goes live, and how?
- 3Whose name are the accounts and permissions under?
- 4Who answers comments and messages, and in what order?
- 5Is ad spend part of the fee or separate?
A managed service takes the routine off your plate: the calendar, the approval loop, publishing and the inbox. The question to ask is what stays visible to you. With us the work runs inside a panel you can open at any time, so you see the same calendar and queue we do.
What our social media management includes
This service takes the content you have, schedules it, gets it approved, publishes it and answers what comes back. Who makes the content is a separate question, and it has its own row below.
| Task | What is done | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly content calendar | A month plan with topic, format and posting time set | Included |
| Approval flow | Every post reaches you with a preview before it goes live | Included |
| Multi-platform publishing | One piece is sent in the format each platform accepts | Included |
| Posting time | Calculated from your own publishing history | Included |
| Inbox | Comments and messages in one place, sorted by priority | Included |
| Monthly report | Reach, engagement and which content worked | Included |
| Image, video and copy production | Separate service: content creation | Out of scope |
| Boosted post budget | Paid to the platform from your account | Not in the fee |
| Google Business posts | Tied to a location, so they run under local SEO | Out of scope |
How the monthly calendar is planned
- 1Mix
The month's mix is set: single images, carousels, stories, Reels and long videos.
- 2Calendar
Ideas move from the pool into days and suitable hours by priority.
- 3Approval
Every post lands in the approval queue with a preview; unapproved posts never reach the calendar.
- 4Publishing
Approved content goes out in the format each platform accepts.
- 5Replies and report
Comments and messages are answered by priority; a report closes the month.
Planning starts from a mix rather than an empty grid: how many single images, carousels, stories, Reels and long videos the month should hold.
The planner builds that mix on the left and previews the month on the right, using the same distribution logic that places the posts on the calendar. What you preview is what gets planned.
The content calendar answers three questions every month: what is going out, where the gaps are and what is running late. Its health indicator only counts components it can measure; anything it cannot measure is listed by name instead of being scored as zero.
Ideas wait in the content pool, each with where it came from and why it was suggested. The side panel shows which goal the pool is thin on.
Approval before publishing, without email threads
The approval queue is a workspace, not a stats page. Posts waiting for a decision sit in the middle and the selected post previews on the right, so you never switch screens to decide.
You can approve a full week in one bulk action when the month is busy. Each row shows two checks:
- Publishing readiness: whether the post is ready to go out.
- Brand rule fit: copy that breaks a rule arrives flagged.
Nothing you have not approved moves to the scheduled tab. The screen is described on our publishing approval page.
Posting times from your account, not from a blog post
Generic advice like "post at 8 pm" ignores your audience.
Our smart timing view calculates the strongest hours of the week from your own publishing history and shows them as a heat map. Hours with no data stay empty instead of getting an invented score.
What each platform can publish
One piece of content goes to several platforms from a single screen. Platforms do not accept the same things: TikTok and YouTube need video, while Instagram and Facebook also take photos.
| Platform | Accepted content | What you set when publishing |
|---|---|---|
| Images and video | Caption and hashtags; the account screen shows the last 30 days and comments awaiting reply | |
| Images and video | Post text | |
| TikTok | Video only | Privacy level, comment, duet and stitch permissions, commercial content disclosure |
| YouTube | Video only | Title up to 100 characters, description up to 5,000 characters and visibility: public, unlisted or private |
| Text and images, to a personal profile | Post text; no video and no company page publishing |
A platform that does not fit shows as unavailable with its reason: no publisher, account not connected or content not suitable. Results are reported per platform, so one failure does not hide the others.
For the platform screens themselves, see Instagram management and TikTok management.
One inbox and a monthly report
Comments and messages land in one inbox ranked by priority. The question on screen is which message to answer first, not just what came in. Three groups are filtered apart:
- Negative messages
- Messages with a sales opportunity
- Support requests
Each priority level has a target response time, and messages are flagged as that time approaches or passes. Suggested replies come with a checklist of things measurable in the text rather than a confidence score, and a person makes the final call.
We looked at how reply speed relates to sales in WhatsApp response time and conversion.
At month end the report shows reach, engagement and which content worked. It is built on our reporting engine, and the detailed numbers sit on the social media analytics screen.
Social media management pricing, explained
One number drives the fee: posts per month. The steps follow the rhythm of the work: 12 (three a week), 30 (one a day), 60 (two a day) and 120 (four a day) posts per month.
Each step changes how often approvals and publishing have to happen. One post a day is routine; four a day turns the approval loop into a job of its own.
Prices are computed by the pricing engine and match the scope builder. Billed in US dollars, without Turkish VAT. The first 3 months include a 35% launch discount. The Custom tier (Over 120 posts/mo) is planned on request.
- Included: monthly calendar, approval flow, publishing to five platforms, posting time analysis, inbox, monthly report.
- Not included: image, video and copy production; boosted post budget; ad setup.
- Prices are in Turkish lira, excluding VAT and excluding ad spend.
AgentFabrica, an agency or a freelancer
All three can work. Which one fits depends on who holds the content, how approvals run and your budget.
| AgentFabrica | Typical agency | Freelancer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Published table based on posts per month | Usually after a sales call | Varies by person |
| Account ownership | Yours; accounts only connect to the panel | Check the contract | Usually yours |
| Approvals | Approval queue: nothing goes out unapproved | Email threads or decks | Messages, depends on the person |
| Posting time | Calculated from your own publishing history | Team experience | General guidelines |
| Strength | AI fills the calendar, you approve every post | Creative team and campaign ideas | Flexibility and direct contact |
| Reporting | Monthly report in the panel | Usually a monthly deck | Varies |
If you want campaign ideas, shoots and art direction, an agency with a creative team fits better. If you run one account and a few posts a week are enough, a good freelancer will do.
Our strength is a steady cadence, approval discipline and a published price. If you would rather run it yourself, the same screens are available as a social media management tool.
Questions about Social Media Management
How much do social media management services cost?
The fee is tiered by posts per month and listed on this page. Prices are in US dollars, billed without Turkish VAT, and do not include ad spend. The scope builder gives the exact figure.
Which platforms do you publish to?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Instagram and Facebook need to be connected to start; TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn can be added.
Is ad spend included?
No. Boosted posts are paid to the platform from your own account. Paid social management is a separate service.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Accounts are connected with your own authorization and your password is never shared with us. If you leave, you disconnect the panel and keep your followers, posts and insights.
Do you create the content too?
This service plans, gets approval for and publishes the content you have. Image, video and copy production is a separate service, and taking both applies a bundle discount.
Do you guarantee follower growth?
No. Growth depends on the content, the product and the market. We commit to the work: a written post count, approval before publishing, posting times from your data and a monthly report.
How do you measure social media performance?
The monthly report shows reach, engagement and which content worked. A field that cannot be measured is shown empty, never as zero. Engagement is not sales; to see sales, your site needs conversion tracking.
Can one post go to every platform?
Yes, one screen sends it to several platforms. TikTok and YouTube accept video only, so if you picked a photo those two show as unavailable with the reason. Results are reported per platform.
What is set on a TikTok post?
Privacy level, comment, duet and stitch permissions, and a commercial content disclosure. TikTok requires these to be the user's choice, so the panel asks on every post.
