Run your collaborationsfrom one panel.

Your deal funnel, rate card, media kit and active deals on one screen. Which offer stalled where, what you earned. Stop keeping it in scattered notes.

Influencer agency

What an influencer dashboard is, and whose it is

Most influencer dashboards on the market belong to the brand: they show which creators it works with and what the campaign returned. This panel is the creator's own desk. It shows how many brands you are talking to, at which stage, what you have earned and what is still on its way.

  • Follower count and engagement rate, from your connected Instagram account.
  • Total earnings, plus a monthly earnings line once there are two or more months of data.
  • Pending value: the total of deals in negotiation, signed and delivered.
  • Total clicks on your link-in-bio page.

The deal funnel and its stages

Stages of a brand deal
  1. 1
    Pitch

You pitched a brand, or a brand approached you.

  2. 2
    Negotiation

Scope, dates and fee are being discussed.

  3. 3
    Signed

The deal is signed and work has started.

  4. 4
    Delivered

The content has been delivered to the brand.

  5. 5
    Paid

Payment received; the amount moves to earnings.

The funnel shows the number of deals and their total value at each stage, and appears once you have entered at least one deal. Rejected pitches stay out of the funnel. You add deals and move them forward on the brand deals screen.

Rate card and media kit summary

Two cards sit on the right of the panel. The rate card shows your follower tier and your Reel, Story and post price ranges, with a “manual” badge if you edited it. The media kit card shows the last update date and a link to the print-ready view.

  • If you have no rate card, the “generate now” button opens the rate card screen.
  • Generate and refresh your media kit on the media kit screen.
  • Quick actions lead to trends, link in bio, affiliate links and viral video; for link in bio see link in bio.

Tax and disclosure while you track earnings

Creator income is generally taxable. In the US, the IRS gig economy tax center explains that income from digital platforms must be reported even when you receive no information return. Track product-for-post deals too, since they carry value.

  • Enter product-only collaborations as deals so their value is on record.
  • Disclose every paid or gifted post clearly; the FTC asks for a disclosure that is hard to miss.
  • Ask your accountant about your tax position; the panel does not calculate tax.

Who it suits

  • Creators who lose offers in their inbox.
  • Micro-influencers with several brand deals a month who want to see earnings month by month.
  • Creators who want to keep their rate card and media kit current in one place.

Frequently asked questions

What does the creator panel show?

Followers and engagement, total earnings, pending deal value, link-in-bio clicks, the deal funnel, rate card and media kit summaries, and active deals.

Do I add deals from the panel?

No. The panel only reads. You add deals and move their stage on the brand deals screen.

What are the funnel stages?

Pitch, Negotiation, Signed, Delivered, Paid. Rejected pitches stay out of the funnel.

Can I use it without a rate card?

Yes. Without a rate card the panel shows a “generate now” button in that spot; the other figures keep working.

How are deals in different currencies added up?

Each currency is totalled separately and shown side by side. To see the TRY equivalent, the finance screen converts at the central bank rate; if the rate cannot be loaded it does not convert and shows the totals separately.

Does it calculate tax on my earnings?

No. It shows the total of paid deals. Ask your accountant about how creator income is taxed where you live.

Does the panel send reminders?

No. Keeping stages current and sending follow-ups is up to you.
