Stop explaining your ratesevery single time.
Calculates your price range from your followers, engagement, industry and market. When a brand asks, you share the card's link, and the negotiation starts from scope, not from a number.

Influencer marketing agencyHow influencer rates are set
There is no fixed influencer price list; tier, engagement, industry, market and format set the price. The rate card combines these five factors in an open calculation, so the number you quote has a reason behind it.
- 1Tier
A base Reel range is picked from your follower count.
- 2Industry
The industry multiplier is applied.
- 3Engagement
The engagement rate multiplier is applied.
- 4Market
The target country's multiplier is applied.
- 5Format
Each format is scaled against the Reel and the bundle is calculated.
Base Reel range by follower tier
| Tier | Base Reel range (USD) |
|---|---|
| Nano (under 10K) | $50 to $250 |
| Micro (10K to 100K) | $250 to $1,500 |
| Mid (100K to 500K) | $1,500 to $5,000 |
| Macro (500K to 1M) | $5,000 to $15,000 |
| Mega (1M and up) | $15,000 to $50,000 |
Base values before multipliers, calculated by the pricing engine.
Ratios are the pricing engine's format multipliers. The bundle (1 Reel, 3 Stories, 1 post) is priced at 85% of the sum.
Industry, engagement and country multipliers
| Factor | Multiplier |
|---|---|
| Country: US, UK | 1 |
| Country: Germany, France | 0.9 |
| Country: Türkiye | 0.55 |
| Engagement above 8% | 1.4 |
| Engagement 1.5% to 3% | 1 |
| Engagement below 0.7% | 0.7 |
| Industry: finance | 1.5 |
| Industry: fashion, food | 1 |
Selected examples; every value is read from the pricing engine. If engagement is unknown, the multiplier is 1.
The engagement multiplier ranges from 0.7 to 1.4, which is why two accounts with the same following can be priced differently. See which of your posts bring engagement on the social media analytics screen.
Editing the card and sharing it with brands
- 1Generate the card; leave followers and engagement empty to use your Instagram data.
- 2Use “edit” to change the minimum and maximum for each format; the card gets a “manual” badge.
- 3Add work outside the formats, such as event appearances, with “add service row”: a name and a price range.
- 4Use “share link” to copy a no-login link to the card and send it to the brand.
- 5When your following changes, recalculate; the link you shared shows the new card.
Send the card together with your media kit, which says who you are. Log incoming offers on the brand deals screen and follow them stage by stage; a summary of the card also appears on the creator panel.
Disclosure and tax when you talk price
- Every paid or gifted post needs a clear disclosure; the FTC's Disclosures 101 explains what counts.
- Free product has value too; the FTC treats free or discounted products as a material connection.
- Put the length and channels of usage rights (the brand reusing your content in ads) in writing.
Who it suits
- Creators who explain their price from scratch to every brand.
- Micro-influencers unsure how to position their price.
- Creators who want their price to follow their growth.

Frequently asked questions
How are influencer rates calculated?
A base Reel range is picked from your follower tier; industry, engagement and country multipliers are applied, then each format is scaled against the Reel.
Which formats are on the card?
Reel, Story, post, carousel, long video and a bundle of 1 Reel, 3 Stories and 1 post.
Which currency are prices in?
Choose TRY, USD or EUR. The card is calculated in USD and converted at the European Central Bank's daily reference rate, shown with its date under the card. If the rate cannot be reached, no estimated rate is used; you enter prices in your chosen currency by hand.
Can I change my prices by hand?
Yes. “Edit” lets you change the minimum and maximum for each format; the card gets a “manual” badge.
How do I share the card with a brand?
“Share link” copies a link that opens without login. It is closed to search engines and always shows your latest saved card.
How many followers do I need?
At least 100. Followers and engagement are read from your connected Instagram account or entered by hand.
Is the card an offer?
No, it is an estimated range. Usage rights, exclusivity and turnaround change the price; the final price is set by negotiation.
