Ecommerce management servicesWhich stores connect, and what they unlock
Selling on several channels means a separate dashboard and order screen for each. Store management brings those channels into one panel, and every store you connect switches on specific screens.
| Channel | How it connects | Screens it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Store details form | Product catalogue, Profitability, Customer segments, Ecommerce Plus |
| WooCommerce | Store details form | Product catalogue, Ecommerce Plus |
| Trendyol | Seller API key | Profitability, Ecommerce Plus |
| Hepsiburada | Seller API key | Profitability, Ecommerce Plus |
| Amazon | Seller API key | Ecommerce Plus |
| Etsy | Sign in with the account | Ecommerce Plus |
The table is generated from the panel's integration catalogue and updates as connections are added.
An order arrives, goes to the supplier and ships
- 1Order arrives
Orders from your connected Shopify store land on the screen.
- 2Sent to supplier
Automatic forwarding is not connected: the order is marked “Forward manually” and you choose the supplier and send it. The target for sending is 15 minutes.
- 3Supplier accepts
The target for acceptance is 2 hours.
- 4Handed to carrier
From acceptance to shipping, the target is 24 hours.
- 5Delivered
The tracking number and delivery time are recorded.
- An order past its target moves to the needs-attention list.
- When the supplier cost is known, the order's profit shows on its row.
- The supplier scorecard works out each supplier's acceptance and shipping times from recorded timestamps.
- A step with no recorded shipping time says not measured, not 0 days.
Which product actually makes money
Revenue does not tell you which product earns. The profitability screen takes commission, delivery fees and returns from the marketplace settlement. It subtracts the unit cost you enter and shows what is left per product.
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Healthy | Profit remains after deductions | Give it budget and stock priority |
| At risk | Thin margin; a small cost rise turns it into a loss | Review price or shipping cost |
| Losing money | Deductions exceed the sale amount | Fix the price or stop selling it |
| No cost | Unit cost not entered, profit cannot be calculated | Enter the product's cost |
Stock and price across channels
Selling the same product in your store and on a marketplace has one costly trap. A product sold out on one channel keeps selling on the other.
- When stock changes in Shopify, the current quantity goes to your connected Trendyol and Hepsiburada accounts, where the product is listed there too.
- When you update a product's price in the panel, you can choose to send it to connected platforms as well.
- Google requires the availability in your shopping data to always match your website; a sold-out product should look sold out everywhere.
- The readiness check in the product catalogue shows whether a product is ready to list on each marketplace.
How it differs from a marketplace integrator
Marketplace integration software focuses on syncing products, stock, prices and orders across many channels. Store management is not an integrator; it puts sales operations in the same panel as marketing and profitability decisions.
| Topic | Marketplace integrator | AgentFabrica store management |
|---|---|---|
| Main job | Syncing data across channels | Order tracking, profitability and marketing decisions |
| Channels | Usually many marketplaces | 6 connections |
| Invoices and shipping labels | Most integrators offer them | Not this panel's job |
| Product profitability | Often a separate report | Commission, shipping, returns and cost per product |
| Ads and content | None | In the same panel |

- 3For products with weak images, create studio shots with AI product photography.
- 4Connect your store and, after the first orders, enter unit costs on the profitability screen.
Frequently asked questions
What does store management cover?
Your Shopify, WooCommerce, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, Etsy connections, order and supplier tracking, product-level profitability and stock updates from Shopify to marketplaces, in one panel.
How do you manage several marketplaces?
Connect the channels to one panel first, then manage orders, stock and price from one source. The last step is tracking profit per product and moving budget to the products that earn.
How do Trendyol and Hepsiburada connect?
Enter the API details from your seller panel. They are tested against the marketplace's service before saving and shown masked in the panel.
Is stock synced across channels?
When stock changes in Shopify, the current quantity goes to your connected Trendyol and Hepsiburada accounts if the product is listed there. Shopify is the source of stock.
What are the targets on the orders screen?
15 minutes to send an order to the supplier, 2 hours for supplier acceptance and 24 hours from acceptance to shipping. Late orders move to the attention list.
How is profitability calculated?
Commission, delivery and returns come from the marketplace settlement, and the unit cost you enter is subtracted. An unmeasured item says not measured instead of zero.
Does it create invoices or shipping labels?
No. Invoices and shipping labels are not this panel's job; handle them in the marketplace's panel or your integrator.
How is it different from automatic store setup?
Automatic store setup builds the store's first products and pages. Store management runs the daily orders, stock and profitability work for the live store and marketplace accounts.
