Ecommerce management services priced by catalog size, judged by margin

Ecommerce management services usually promise a dedicated team and a busy monthly slide deck. We start from a narrower question: which of your products still make money after marketplace fees, shipping, ads and returns? We connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store and your marketplace accounts, then run product data, order flow and stock and price sync for a monthly fee tiered by how many products you carry. Marketplace sync covers Trendyol and Hepsiburada in Türkiye; outside Türkiye, your own Shopify store is the main channel. AI reads stock, price and margin changes every day, and a specialist decides when to step in.

  • AI agents prepare, a specialist approves
  • Price published on the page
  • Accounts stay in your name
Stock → ads
Hourly sync
TRM-500-SYH42 in stockAds running

TLT-MGN-GRI0 in stockAds paused

When stock runs out the ad stops, so budget never flows to a sold-out product.

Deliverables

What E-commerce Operations delivers every month

  • Product data completed: title, description, images, variants
  • Margin calculated per product; for Trendyol sellers in Türkiye, commission, shipping and returns are read from Trendyol settlements
  • Loss-making products flagged with a written price or ad recommendation
  • Order flow tracked step by step; orders that need action listed separately
  • Price changed in the panel is sent to your Shopify store; for sellers in Türkiye, Shopify stock and prices also go to Trendyol and Hepsiburada
  • Monthly report: connected ad, social and website data in one report, compared with the previous month, kept in an archive and emailed on the 1st.

Ecommerce consulting or ecommerce management

Strategy work tells you which platform, which marketplace and which ad channel. That is valuable, especially before a store exists.

Once the store is live, most problems are operational: a missing variant, an order that sat with a supplier, an old price still showing on a marketplace. This service takes on that daily layer.

From connection to the monthly report

Steps of ecommerce management
  1. 1
    Connect

Your Shopify or WooCommerce store and marketplace accounts are connected to the panel.

  2. 2
    Data

Product data and unit costs are completed; a product with no cost shows no profit.

  3. 3
    Daily work

Order steps and stock and price sync are tracked; orders needing action rise to the top.

  4. 4
    Margin

Per-product profit and margin simulation prepare price and ad decisions.

  5. 5
    Report

At month end, cost lines and recommendations are collected in the monthly report.

After the connections are in place, the first job is complete product data and unit costs. Margin is only trustworthy after that; for a product with no cost on file, the screen asks for one rather than show a profit.

Per-product margin after fees, shipping, ads and returns

Revenue can rise while profit falls. The usual cause is that profit is never calculated product by product: once commission, shipping, ads and returns are stacked up, some items lose money on every sale and the loss hides inside total revenue.

Cost lines and where they come from

CommissionTrendyol settlementShown as not measured, never guessed
ShippingTrendyol settlementShown as not measured
ReturnsTrendyol settlementShown as not measured
AdsConnected ad accountShown as not measured
Unit costThe cost you enterNo profit shown; the cost is requested

Commission, shipping and returns are read automatically only from Trendyol settlements today. Hepsiburada and n11 seller accounts can be connected, but these lines do not arrive automatically from those channels yet.

Before you change a price, 'what would my margin be at this price?' is answered with a margin simulation from your measured commission rate and shipping cost, not from a default table.

Orders, suppliers and the steps nobody timed

The orders screen is built around one question: where do I need to step in today? Each step, from order received to sent to supplier, accepted and shipped, is tracked from recorded timestamps against a target time.

  • Orders needing action today are listed separately
  • The supplier behind most target-time breaches is named
  • Every order keeps a step-by-step timeline
  • Order profit is calculated from supplier cost

Marketplace management and stock sync

If you sell the same product in your own store and on a marketplace, the costly mistake is an item that sells out on one channel and keeps selling on the other. Shopify itself describes inventory tracking as the way to avoid selling out-of-stock products (Shopify Help: Managing inventory).

Platforms you can connect
PlatformTypeIn this service
ShopifyYour own store, any countryProducts import and new orders arrive; stock changes pushed to connected Trendyol and Hepsiburada accounts; bulk products added as drafts
WooCommerceYour own storeStore account connection
TrendyolMarketplace, TürkiyeOrder, stock and price sync, per-product cost lines
HepsiburadaMarketplace, TürkiyeOrder, stock and price sync
Amazon (beta) and EtsyMarketplaceSeller account and listing creation; no order or stock sync
European marketplacesbol.com, Zalando, Otto, KauflandNot connected yet; on request

Marketplace management is more than sync. The catalog screen counts which products are ready for a marketplace and which are missing a title, description, image or variant, so gaps get closed one by one. A product with no cost on file shows an empty margin, not an invented one.

Selling from Germany, Belgium or elsewhere in Europe

Outside Türkiye the marketplace layer of this service is thin today, and we would rather say so before you buy. The main path is your own store: Shopify connects with its own authorization, your products import into the panel and new orders arrive through Shopify's order notifications.

  • Product data and order tracking run on a Shopify store in any country.
  • Ads that reach shoppers in your market run through Google Ads management, including Shopping campaigns, and Meta ads management.
  • bol.com, Zalando, Otto, Kaufland, Allegro and Cdiscount are not connected yet; they are on request.
  • Amazon connects in beta for listing creation only, with no order or stock sync.

Adding products and testing new ones

When you bulk add products to a Shopify store, they are written as drafts first. You review price, description and images, then publish; products come from the supplier network and the selling price is calculated from cost.

  1. 1The demand trend is read.
  2. 2Market prices and supply cost are compared.
  3. 3Competitor ads are checked.
  4. 4The result is one of three: go, watch or skip. The decision stays yours.

Ecommerce management pricing

The fee is tiered by catalog size. When your catalog grows into the next range, the fee is read from that tier's row; prices do not include ad spend.

Monthly fee by tier (product (sku) count)
Starter$80 / mo
Up to 100 products
Growth$152 / mo
100 - 1,000 products
Scale$273 / mo
1,000 - 10,000 products
Enterprise$465 / mo
10,000 - 50,000 products

Prices are computed by the pricing engine and match the scope builder. Billed in US dollars, without Turkish VAT. The first 3 months include a 35% launch discount. If your business model needs extra setup, the fee rises by at most 25%; the scope builder gives the exact figure. The Custom tier (Over 50,000 products) is planned on request.

  • Included: product data, order and supplier tracking, stock and price sync, per-product margin, monthly report.
  • Not included: store design and theme development, ad spend, marketplace ad management (a separate service).

AgentFabrica, an agency or a freelancer

All three can work; which fits depends on your store's stage and which work you want to hand over.

If you want brand identity and storefront design, an agency fits better. If you need deep experience on one marketplace, a freelancer who has worked there can do the job. If you want per-product profit and daily operations on one panel, this service is built for that.

Questions about E-commerce Operations

What do ecommerce management services include?

Here they cover product data, order flow and supplier tracking, stock and price sync between store and marketplaces, and per-product margin. Ad management is sold as a separate service.

How much do ecommerce management services cost?

The fee is tiered by how many products are in your catalog and is listed in the table on this page. Prices are in US dollars, billed without Turkish VAT, and do not include ad spend. The top tier is quoted.

Which platforms and marketplaces do you work with?

Shopify and WooCommerce for your own store. On the marketplace side, order, stock and price sync run on Trendyol and Hepsiburada, both in Türkiye; Amazon (in beta) and Etsy connect for listing creation only. European marketplaces such as bol.com, Zalando, Otto and Kaufland are on request. Accounts stay in your name.

What do you need from me to get started?

Access to your store and marketplace accounts through the panel, and unit costs for your products. Without costs the margin screen will not show profit for that product.

Do you guarantee revenue growth?

No. Results depend on product, price and competition. We commit to the work: complete product data, tracked orders, synced stock and prices, per-product margin and a monthly report.

Can I buy ecommerce management on its own?

Yes. Every service can be bought alone. Adding marketplace ads or Meta ads later applies a bundle discount.

Is margin calculated for Hepsiburada and n11?

Those accounts can be connected, but commission, shipping and returns are read automatically only from Trendyol settlements today. On other channels these lines show as not measured; they are never estimated.

Do you pause ads on loss-making products?

No, there is no automatic pause. The screen flags a loss-making product and writes a recommendation; pausing ads or changing the price stays your decision.
