Plenty of numbers, few decisions.Get today's actions in order.
The Ad Assistant reads your Meta ad account and ranks what to do today. Each suggestion shows the strength of the data behind it and the risk of acting, separately; you make the call.

Meta ads agencyWhat the Ad Assistant does
Ads Manager is full of numbers and short on decisions. The assistant reads a summary of campaigns and ad sets from your Meta ad account and answers one question: which actions should I take today?
- Creative fatigue: when the same ad is shown to the same people too often.
- Scaling a budget, or pausing a campaign.
- Audience fatigue, lookalike expansion, placement changes.
- A new hook, a landing page problem, or a creative refresh.
Why evidence strength and action risk are separate
Suggestions are written by a language model, and a model's confidence in itself is not a measured value. What can be measured is how solid the data behind a suggestion is: one based on 200 impressions does not weigh the same as one based on millions.
| Part | Source | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Suggestion text | The assistant | What to do and why |
| Evidence strength | Measurements: impressions, duration, conversions | How much data the suggestion rests on |
| Action risk | The suggestion type | Does it spend money, can it be undone |
From suggestion to action
- 1Analysis
You start the analysis in the panel; recent data from your Meta ad account is read.
- 2Ranking
Suggestions are listed with evidence strength and risk.
- 3Decision
You approve, reject or snooze.
- 4Apply
Pauses and budget increases go to the account; the rest are applied by hand.
- 5Memory
Rejections and approvals shape the next suggestions.
Three traps to know while using the assistant
- 1The click metric can flatter an ad; see why the Meta click metric flatters your ads.
- 2High ROAS may not mean profit; read high ROAS, no profit.
- 3Conversions may count the same sale more than once; verify conversion tracking first.
The assistant reads the measurement you set up. If measurement is wrong, suggestions rest on wrong data, which is why the evidence column exists.
Assistant, automation and service
| Tool | What it does | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| Ad Assistant | Ranks today's actions with evidence and risk | You, suggestion by suggestion |
| Ad automation | Checks the rules you set every 30 minutes | You, when you set the rules |
| Facebook ads management service | Our team runs the campaigns | Our team, with your approval |
If you prefer rules, go to the ad automation screen. To hand ads over completely, see our Facebook ads management or Google Ads management service.
Frequently asked questions
What is an ad assistant?
A screen that reads your Meta ad account data and ranks the actions to take today. Each suggestion comes with evidence strength and action risk.
Which ad accounts does it work with?
Meta ad accounts. The assistant reads a recent summary of campaigns and ad sets from the connected account.
Does it apply suggestions itself?
Only approved campaign pauses and budget increases are sent to the ad account. Creative and audience suggestions are applied by hand.
Will a rejected suggestion come back?
The type you reject is written to memory so the assistant stops suggesting it. Types you approve are kept as successful patterns.
Why is there no confidence score?
A model's confidence in itself is not a measured value. Instead we show the strength of the data behind a suggestion and the risk of the action separately.
How is it different from ad automation?
Automation checks the rules you set every 30 minutes. The assistant ranks today's actions one by one, and you decide each time.
Can I use it for free?
The full panel is free with no time limit: brand, accounts, reports. Allowance: 10 captions a month, 2 images a month, 1 videos a month, 1 brand, 1 user. The ad assistant opens on paid plans; plan coverage is on the pricing page.
