You are not short of ideas, you are short of an order.
The Content Pool keeps your ideas in one place, gives each a measured potential score and places the most valuable ones in the best posting slots.
Rather hand the job over? In our Content Production service we run this tool for you; scope and monthly price are published.
Content creation agencyAn idea portfolio, not a storage folder
In most teams, ideas are scattered across note apps, chats and people's heads. The real problem is not losing ideas; it is not being able to decide which one to produce first.
- A product or campaign idea.
- A question customers keep asking.
- Photos taken that day.
- A rising topic from keywords you track.
The Content Pool makes that decision possible. Files such as logos, images and fonts live on a separate screen, the Brand Library; we show how it works on the Canva alternative page.
How an idea's potential score is calculated
Weights are read from the scoring engine itself. A component that cannot be measured is not counted as zero; it is dropped and the rest are reweighted.
- Brand fit: how well the copy fits brand rules.
- Past performance: measured engagement of similar posts.
- Trend link: real growth in keywords you track.
- Freshness: value lost while a timely idea waits.
- Production readiness: enough detail to produce it.
Each component shows its reason next to the score: how many checks passed, which keyword is rising, how many days the idea has waited, what detail is missing. If you track no keywords, the trend component is not counted.
Where ideas come from
| Source | How it works | Why-suggested line |
|---|---|---|
| By hand | Write an idea with title, description, platform, goal and tags | Your own note |
| From photos | Upload the photos you took today; each is reviewed and becomes a ready-to-publish draft | The photo you uploaded |
| From trends | Rising keywords from your watch list arrive as an open draft; you edit the title | The keyword's growth in its own history |
Drafts from photos are written in your brand voice, the same engine you use on the caption generator screen. Trend tracking is covered on the trend analysis page.
Is your pool big enough, and balanced
- Fill level: active ideas are compared with a month's need, based on your industry's weekly posting frequency.
- Goal balance: how ideas spread across goals; ideas without a goal are left out of the balance and counted separately.
- Evergreen share: the ratio of reusable ideas shows how fast the pool uses itself up.

Frequently asked questions
What is a content pool?
The place where content ideas are collected, ranked by value and moved onto the calendar. In AgentFabrica every idea has a measured potential score.
Where do I keep my images and videos?
Files live in the Brand Library: logos, images, videos, colours and fonts. The Content Pool is for ideas.
What is the potential score based on?
Brand fit, past performance, trend link, freshness and production readiness. A component that cannot be measured is not counted as zero; it is dropped.
What does evergreen mean?
An idea that is not tied to a date and can be posted in any period. Evergreen ideas do not lose value while waiting and return to the pool after publishing.
Does plan-from-pool publish on its own?
The plan comes as a preview first. Once you approve it, it goes onto the calendar and publishes to the connected account at the scheduled time.
Can I turn my photos into posts?
Yes. Upload the photos you took that day; each is reviewed and lands in the pool as a ready-to-publish draft written in your brand voice.
Can I use it for free?
The full panel is free with no time limit: brand, accounts, reports. Allowance: 10 captions a month, 2 images a month, 1 videos a month, 1 brand, 1 user. The Content Pool opens on paid plans; coverage is on the pricing page.
